Great little hotel. Stay on the 5th floor or above
I've stayed here twice. The hotel is good, but... Don't stay on the 4th floor. There's a rooster farm on the roof of the building nextdoor, that, and the general bass thumping of Bui Ven isn't conducive to good sleep. The 5th floor was okay, I imagine it gets quieter the higher you go. Staff were fantastic. Housekeeping lady even bought me a Vietnamese coffee Brewer when she saw I'd bought ground coffee. Hospitality was great.

Great for the price!!
If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place. Loud music and crazy drunks every night till 5am!! Other than that the hotel is great for the price. Oh the breakfast selection is very very limited and the walls are super thin, you can hear everything! You get what you pay for

The adjoining rooms were big and spacious to accommodate our group of 5. The shower head attachment needs fixing. It has came loose.
The place can be noisy till the wee hours of the morning. But again you are close to where the actions are.
Breakfast - not much variety but respectable.
the photos posted in the website with Expedia looks okay and bigger bec i booked the family room good for three pax..but it turn out to be smaller than i expected, the photo was illusional maybe.
the surrounding was okay for party people not for family vacation. they didnt emphasize the location was in that noisiest street ever in Saigon.
there are other good hotels away from this noise street that are also walking distance to the city center.
Great hotel and location but because of that very very noisy at night. No sleep had.

Small room and very noisy from walking street
Triple room very small and overlooks Walking Street where the bars play very loud music until 4:00am.
Breakfast served on the roof terrace, which was basic and only served from 6:30 to 9:30am, which is very early if you cannot sleep till after 4:00!
Overall clean and cheap, but would prefer not this street.
The receptionist was nice and they help us to book the tour to Muine, one of them speak well in English another one can speak Chinese... they very responsible to help us contact to the tour agent even we had check out. The room was comfort and clean, able to fit 5 person and our luggage. Hotel located at the most happening place at Saigon, walking distance to street food & night market
Good location in Pham Ngu Lao. Got a room facing the back and hence not as noisy as expected in Pham Ngu Lao. Good to have the elevator in the hotel / hostels in this area but there is a short flight of flights up to the lobby from the street level. Wifi is good. Simple breakfast provided too.
Comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection. Location in the middle of tourist street. Bars, music, restaurants. No wifi issues. Not bad for location, just one street over to some bus pickup locations. Would stay again.
The choice of staying in this hotel was a good one. They gave us more than what we paid. Though the food wasnt that great, still i would rate this perfect 100%. Why? The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They upgraed our room for free. The room were clean. I couldnt ask for more.
All the staff is friendly & the service is superb. The room is big enough, comfy & provide all necessary things. The breakfast choices is limited but consider not bad. Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel. I strongly recommended.
Room and location was ok. Only downside was staff performance. Check in was slow and unattentive. Took our passport and just left there to attend to other guests request and ignore us. Upon check out, accused us of consuming the mini bar items which we did not. Otherwise it would have been pleasant.
The hotel is probably slightly above average for the neighborhood, it's right on the very touristy and popular "backpacker street"- Bui Vien. Lots of nightlife if you're into this neighborhood.
My negative review however is because 1) huge cockroach in our room on arrival 2) there were hairs on our towels 3) there is no soap dispenser in the standup shower, only in the bathtub which had a terrible shower 4) the breakfast area is not large enough to accommodate the number of guests nor is it staffed well enough.
Overall this is a fine hotel and probably slightly above average or average for this Ben Vieue neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Its loud outside but that's what you get for the area. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be right on this street.
