Perfect hostel, room so clean and spacious with nice Decorations, breakfast also very good on nice view on rooftop, staff so friendly and helpful , location nearby typical in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mixed Feeling.
Reached hotel in mid night only was told our room was not available. They tried to arrange us to stay with a stranger although we booked a family private room. No initiative to inform nor discuss with us earlier. When we rejected it, they arranged another hostel for us. Which is noisy, dusty (because directly facing the main road) and not up to our expectation. No compensation or discount being offered to us despite this is solely their mistake. Although the next day they have fixed the issue, but damage has been done. Our mood was ruined, we wasted a day to settle and sort out all the problems (long story). Anyway, we were very unsatisfied with the way they handled their customers. Except for this issue, overall, they do have a spacious, quiet and clean room. Breakfast at rooftop was nice and comfortable too.

Very happy with the stay and will visit again
I really loved this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. They went over and above to help arrange vegetarian breakfast for me. They (especially the guys at the reception) were always readily available and helpful. My stay there felt like home. This place is excellent as far as location too - less than a minute away from the Bui Vien walking street and all the restaurants, bars etc. It's an excellent budget hotel in a very good location and has a staff that really makes you feel at home, I was very pleased with everything and will stay there again.

予約を見逃されて1時間も待たされ、部屋が無くグループホテルではす向かいのgreen何とかHOTELへ回されたが、エアコンが効かない、冷蔵庫は冷凍庫に入れてやっと冷える程度、バスタブの栓は無く、水圧は年寄りの小便並みだった。 良かったのはエレベーターがある事、窓が無く、糞五月蝿いベトナムで静かに熟睡出来た事。 総じて言えるのがホーチミンはコスパがよろしく無い

In the middle of everything but nicely tucked away in an alley so hardly any noise. Four floors and no elevator! Good to know for everyone with heavy luggage. Breakfast two eggs and bread so you will still be hungry afterwards. Nice staff though not so interested in helping out for moving onwards in Vietnam nor excursions. Watching movies in the reception was way more interesting 😁 Really nice bed and pillows! Slept like a baby. Perfect for you that want a nice budgethotel and can take care of your own travelling.

不算很差，但是我相信你會有更好的選擇
早餐在頂樓吃，有景色可以看，早餐簡單但是不難吃，這部份還不錯。 但是沒有電梯！！！訂房網頁有寫有電梯！害我對朋友超不好意思（我朋友房間在5樓）。住5樓每天爬到氣喘呼呼，東西忘記帶，出門前要上去拿，真的會讓人很厭世。 另外，有些外國人不脫鞋就往室內走，服務人員也不管，讓人不快。 老闆或店長英文還不錯，且算是有應有答（不算很熱心那種，就拿錢辦事，沒啥好挑惕）。 我是住一樓的宿舍房，只有一間廁所在室內，廁所很潮濕，且設計的讓衛生紙總會溼掉。且不知道是室友偷拿還是掉在地上溼了所以被丟掉？總是沒有衛生紙可以用。然後房間很小，所以空氣很差，即使都開冷氣，還是有很難聞的味道。

家族５人で滞在しました。タクシーを降りてから、路地を１分くらい歩きますが、宿の方は優しくて屋上からの眺めもよく、朝食も美味しくいただきました。短い滞在でしたが、ありがとうございました。

I've been there for 5days. It was first time to been in Vietnam also Ho chi minh. They are really kind and nice! And they have some service (laundry, pickup, book tour...). I recommend this hostel and I would like to stay here again if I go there:)

如果是住dorm，就不是太推薦。
如果是住dorm，只有一間廁所喔，很幸運沒有遇到前一個人洗澡很久或急著要尿尿的狀況，但是廁所的清潔狀況我認為不太好，衛生紙常常用完沒補，或是衛生紙掉到地上。可以整天開冷氣，但不知道是房間太小還是有室友味道真的太重，房間有一股不是很好聞的味道。 不過店長英文很好，算是大加分。
