It's an OK hotel to stay a night or 2. Beware they have rooms without windows which is not being properly advertised here. We booked one without knowing (superior), but were upgraded to a normal room, so this wasn't an issue in the end. Area around hotel has a lot of food options and within walking distance from those few things worth seeing in this city. Room was quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable but noisy. Bathroom door is also extremely noisy. Housekeeping service room was in front of our door so we enjoyed Vietnamese music from housekeeper's mobile phone since 6 am daily (consider jet lag too). Terrace for breakfast is nice but breakfast itself is below average. You will be better of booking room only and then eating nearby

The hotel is located in the center of district 1 , near Ben Thanh market , Bui Vien walking street , around a lot of restaurants and cafes such as starbuck , highland , kfc . Staff is very friendly , breakfast view on the 12th floor is very nice , can watch the sunrise

Great rooftop area for breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. Only issue was that in the photos of the property it showed a photo of a pool so I booked the property thinking it had a pool. On arrival it was actually the hotel across the road, the pool photo was obviously a view from our the room window. Slightly misleading but otherwise a lovely property. 20 min walk to the War Remnants Museum. Also walking distance to many cafes, coffee shops and shopping.

The first feeling of the hotel was not great, but it was more than normal. However, it was unpleasant because there were many small ants in the room and there were also many ants in the dining area. Since the Ho Chi Minh area is old, I understand it to some extent, but it was an unsatisfactory stay.

Mold in the shower. Provide only one key per room, the key used to turn on the electricty so every time you leave and come back, the room is so hot and humid. It took a while for the AC bring down the temperture. Offered you an upgrade room with an xxx amount then charged you 3 times more when you checked out. They really know how to scam you! If you used the plastic spoon in the room to mix your coffee, they will charge you a fee even though it is a disposable one (their excuse is it will be reused for the next guest, so if you throw them away, they will charge you, that is so unsantized) and supposed to be complementary.

I am not sure the receptionist (guy) was mean only to me or he was like that. I called him at 10am to have shirt ironing service (I am ok to pay for it). He told me the room keeper will come to pick up, I have waited for an hour, nobody showed up. I brought my shirt to the reception desk to give it to him, he said: Sorry, it was too late. If I drop the shirt at this time, I have to wait till 10pm to get the shirt. I nicely asked him if he can give me the iron so I can do it by myself, he said NO cause it can make fire. That was ridiculous! I have been in hundred hotels, this is the first time the hotel right in District 1 didnt provide the iron.

1. 여지껏 방문했던 호치민 숙소중에 최악. 2. 가격에 비해 방이 너무 작고 소음이 안됨. 3. 화장실 샤워실 하수구는 막혀있어서 물이 역류. 4. 카운터 직원은 여직원과 대화하거나 스마트폰 보기에만 열중한다. 5. 이 호텔에서 그나마 가장 친절한 사람은, 오토바이를 지키는 '바오베' 경비원. 6. 그리고 조식에서 계란 후라이를 준비하는 여직원이다. 그들은 정말 친절해.
