"We had a great weeks stay here. Yes, the actual room is probably not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices. It is cleaned and water, coffee etc replenished each day. The breakfast is amazing! A great mix of stuff including vegan and GF options. We loved the ginger shots. You can even have a prosecco for breakfast! The staff all work incredibly hard. The location is also fantastic. There is an Italian on the corner which is delicious and a food court in the shopping mall 2 mins walk which has a lot of cheap and quick choices for budget meals."

"This was a truly lovely hotel. The staff was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. It's centrally located and walkable to so many things, as well as very close to trams and such. The rooms are spacious, the housekeeping is consistent and above and beyond and it was a nice quiet retreat from a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!"
