The historic brick house welcomes you in a wonderful location for a vacation with activities in nature. Enjoy a relaxing time out with your loved ones in the cozy rooms. Look forward to shared meals in a homely ambience or entertaining game nights at the dining table in the kitchen. After an eventful day, you can relax in the seating area, watch a movie or sit together comfortably for a long time. Enjoy the sun and delicious dishes from the grill in the garden.

For ornithologists, the region is a true paradise for their observations. Højer is also home to Northern Europe's tallest Dutch windmill from 1857, with a museum on the history of mills and the cultural and natural history of the marsh in Tønder. From the mill you have a fantastic view of the Wadden Sea and the marsh. In addition, excursions to Møgeltønder with Schackenburg Castle, to Tønder and to the Wadden Sea National Park offer varied experiences.
