"The staff were so helpful and flexible. We knew only very broken Japanese but they used their translator or tried their best to figure out what we were saying. The room was clean and more spacious than expected. It is a traditional ryokan style and we were served wonderful dinner in their restaurant. They provided yukatas but I wasn't able to figure out how to get the obis and was too shy to ask. It was 10 minute walk from the beach and the aquarium. It is a bit far from the town but I enjoyed the peaceful of the place. I wasn't able to check out the onsen so I am not too sure how it was but room and area was great! "

"Very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast (I still can’t believe the amount of choices and quality … such a great way to start the day). Double bed was big enough for me and my 12 year old. 5 min walk from train station and we had a view of the Sakura River. I am sure it would be beautiful in Spring! Spring cleaning staff were having lunch in the same dining hall where we have breakfast which is a lovely to see that management treat their staff as well as their guests. "
