"I visited Toledo for the weekend and found this quaint rental on VRBO with a jacuzzi at a very reasonable price so I booked. Brenda messaged me the week before letting me know that the jacuzzi was out of service due to the frigid temps and she'd provide a full refund if I wanted to cancel in case it couldn't get fixed.
