"My cousin/his wife came from Poland to ski & enjoy the Christmas holidays with us in Colorado Springs. My communications with the property manager were outstanding - we had some logistical issues re: check-in. Those were resolved exceptionally well! The only issue for my relatives was an annoying noise - they think it was the heating system that made an audible ticking sound. Other than that, they were very happy w proximity to gondolas & town. Thank you!!!"

There is an oxygen bar in the lobby that we didn’t think we needed. Very convenient! Overall, there was a nice chill attitude in the entire city and this location was perfect for it! "

"The ski off being right across the street was super convenient. The tiki bar being in the building was extremely convenient. Great location, very friendly staff, and hot hot tubs. The check-in process was a little difficult through expedia since the unit we rented was not technically owned by the lodge, so everything needed to be done in person about a 10 minute walk away. "We had a good stay at the Village. The location is amazing! Steps from the slopes and Maint Street. You can’t beat that! However, we did not have hot water one evening and the hot tubs were also not heating, apparently because of a leak that had to be repaired. And the noise insulation between units could be better. But all in all, we would definitely stay there again. "
