"What a great respite stay on our way back from Florida. The scenery is beautiful; the lodgings were cozy and unique. This was great fun. The Crab house was outstanding and Amanda the bartender knew how to make a wonderful oyster shooter. Not sure we will ever be that way again, but if we were we would definitely stay again."

"Our first time at SML did not disappoint. Cabin was comfortable for the 3 of us and our pup. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy them on the deck. We spent a lot of time at the dock/floating dock relaxing, reading, swimming (yes it was cold!!), and soaking in the sun. We brought our canoe and paddleboard and the quiet no wake cove was perfect for paddling and exploring. A great place to unwind and get away from it all. Two things to note: bring sheets and towels and need to take the trash to the convenience center (about 7 mins away). Neither one affected the quality of our stay. Definitely recommend and looking forward to visiting again."

"On her 80th birthday my wife wanted to include all 6 of our kids (w/ partners) for up to 6 days, as our guests! The 9 bedrooms were great, as was the layout, especially w/ the attached two houses with a pool in between! "
