"Great location and great staff, clean , safe, room is nice size. My only complaint is our room was extremely outdated and dingy feel with carpet behind the door. Very dirty looking. Bathroom tile, needs to be replaced and rooms need fresh paint and carpet. Not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 1/2 stars because of old tired rooms."

"The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack. "

"Location is good - close to all the downtown action - bars, restaurants, public transport (an excellent system around the city) and a couple of blocks from the beautiful sites around Petite France. Unit nothing fancy but functional. "
