"The seamless pick up at the station and the lovely kamakuras in the hotel were great. Meal service was great. Staff onsite were wonderful and the snow views made everything magical. The town was v quiet so buy whatever you need before you arrive. Also make sure to alert the staff 5 days in advance if u have dietary needs, the reservation/meals team would not accommodate last minute dietary restrictions even if you have legit reasons which tbh was the only disappointment in our almost perfect...

"お部屋は広々としていて、きれいで過ごしやすかったです。 温泉はりんごが浮かんでいるところが、青森感があってよかったです。熱いお湯が好きなので、とても気持ちが良かったです。子どもも喜んでいました。 朝ごはんのバイキングはしっかりとコロナ対策もされていて安心して頂くことができました。色々なメニューがあり、楽しみながらおいしく頂きました。 チェックアウト後のお見送りにも感激しました。また利用させていただきたいと思いました。"

"We stayed in a Japanese style family room. It was clean and comfortable. Futons were a little thin so we stacked the extras for my husband. The food was delicious and the staff very warm and welcoming. We took the trailhead across from the hotel and enjoyed a run by the lake. Beautiful area. "
