"I booked 2 cabins for July 27th and 28th, which I was charged for from the moment I booked them. But due to the fire in Jasper, the highways were closed and the town was evacuated and obviously, I could not use the cabins. I contacted the host, Dawn, to explain the situation so that she could refund my money, but she only responded by canceling one of the cabins, for which the refund is in process. However, the other cabin that I booked and paid for has still not responded to me and therefore I...

"Impeccably maintained beautiful home with plenty of room for the entire family. Spotlessly clean. All the amenities of home. Located near cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to Beaver Boardwalk and many local restaurants. Adam was very responsive to any questions that we had before and during our stay (restaurant recommendations, things to see, etc). I wish we could have stayed longer as there is so much to see and do with Jasper National Park so close. Will definitely return!"
