"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. "Family of 4, with 2 young children. It is a great hotel for children, the use of two pools and the buffet breakfast and dinner were priceless. Location is great too. Only thing is that room was a little date, as well as pool facilities. We were charged also for the infant's cot, albeit only €5. Staff were brilliant, i cant fault them. Parking is very limited, i would imagine in peak season that might be an issue, however as we visited off season, we had no problems finding a place."
