"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."

"Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue"

A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. "We spent a very enjoyable week in the apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning! The apartment was clean and very nicely appointed. It was equipped with everything you would ever need. It is a short walk to the centre of town, supermarkets & there is a liquor store across the road. The family were communicative & helpful & even gave us a ride to the station on our last morning. We would throughly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to spend time in Garmisch- Partenkirchen."
