"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. "We had a fantastic stay at Lakeside Luxury Apartments! The apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Having direct access to the pool was a great bonus. Mattias, the manager, was incredibly nice, patient, and helped us with all our requests. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Zell Am See!"

"We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. "Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. "

"Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8. One key point also, the place have no AC and if you close the windows it will be very worm however if you open the windows some insects will be going inside the rooms."

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"Spent 8 days in a small but well equipped and great location apartment in the Saalbach region. The apartment is close to the bike tracks, close to the town and easy parking. These was also good storage for bikes. No issues at all !!"

Beautiful views over the lake

"Lovely stay. Friendly welcome, easy check-in. One of our party upgraded at check-in (not me, it's never me, lol). Beautiful rooms overlooking the gorgeous lake. The half-board option was very good value for money. Very short stroll to the bars (incl Crazy Daisy's which is literally a stones throw away) and Christmas market. I'll definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises."

"We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Balcony with a nice view, a heated swimming pool(albeit not so big) and well taken care of Sauna section. Breakfast was good, with multiple options, but as the place itself is not so big, neither are the eating options. Parking outside was good (did not see the garage), lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, well connected (as wellas a small touristy area can be) and worst case is a 45 minute walk to Zell am see center. We enjoyed out stay and would come back for another visit"

Good stay

"Great hotel for a stay in St Johann. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, the staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner was varied. I particularly wanted a room with a balcony and there was nothing else in St Johann to compare price wise. Great e bike hire virtually next door & about a 10 minute walk into town. Raining when I left taxi to station was 10 euros. Would stay again"
