"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"Gemütlich eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick über Königsleiten. Der nächstgelegene Schlepplift ist weniger als 100m entfernt und bei der Rückkehr kann man auf Ski praktisch vors Haus fahren.Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet (abgesehen von WiFi). Das kleinere der beiden Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf einer Empore und ist nur über eine steile Treppe zugänglich (und daher nicht für sehr kleine Kinder zu empfehlen).Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer relativ neuen...

"Beautiful property, great amenities. River just down the path. Amazing views of the mountains. Great trails right outside your door. The Gentleman who runs the hotel there was great. Funny and helpful with anything you need. If you are looking for a quite getaway, this place is great. Note... Sauna is an add on, you need to pay for energy used. Didnt use it, so wasnt an issue."

"The chalet is well equipped and has a great location, with very nice views from terrace and balcony. From the chalet we could start several hikes with amazing views. We also drove to other attractions not far away, like the Kaprun dams and the Hintertux glacier. We enjoyed a lovely stay in the area and can highly recommend!"
