"Hotel rooms are much smaller compared to their regular hotels considering its a "express" hotel. Is good for 1 person to max 2 people. Overall Check in time was too much and it was frustrating. Apparently the check in process is very slow. The check in time was 3pm still the room wasn't ready so even after completing the check in formalities at front desk/ check in counter, still had to wait for 20-25 mins before I could go to the room as it was getting ready. "The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side)."
