"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the services provided were top-notch. However, I did have one small issue. On my last day, I had to leave early in the morning and was disappointed that there was no option for a breakfast bag to go.
