"This is a modern hotel, with a contemporary feel, but as we visited at Easter, there were very limited facilities open. The location is set in a quiet region between Cefalu and Palermo, which was handy with a hire car. This offered a good base for our holiday. "

"A beautiful spot to spend the week! Belvedere staff were kind enough to upgrade our room, which gave us a great room with a truly fabulous view of the sea and nearby mountains. Super convenient location, parking tricky but available (particularly on the side street closest to the hotel front), and the town couldn’t be sweeter. A great place to visit, and we will definitely stay here again! "

"If you are looking for a peaceful heaven around Cefalu, this is the place. From the back, the forest embraces the beautiful B&B and in the front, it opens up towards a magnificent view to the mountains on each side and the ocean at the end. Nonno Nini and Veronica were so warm, friendly and hospitable from the second we arrived to we left - we should have stayed for more days! Our room had a nice view and small terrace, which was lovely to use, especially in the morning. "

"We found Villa Toto at the last minute when we decided to stay overnight in Cefalu. We appreciated the small property (10 rooms), stunning infinity pool, lovely breakfast and comfy rooms. We were not able to dine in the restaurant but the space looked amazing with views of the sea. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Maria and Fabrizio were wonderful. Their hospitality and authenticity made the stay exceptional. The pride that they shared regarding their culture and country was exceptional. While off the beaten path, the tranquility was welcomed after time in the cities; refreshing. The "home cooking" was extraordinary and satisfied our every wish for what great Italian cooking is to be. We'd book again with them without any question. The grounds were magnificent, and the accommodations were clean, beautiful and comfortable. Could not ask for anything better for our short stay in Sicily. We'll be back!"

"Excellent modern clean spacious property with every item of equipment you need to live comfortably in the house. The host was excellent making contact and responding. We used the luxury spa, however we weren’t there long enough or at the right season to be able to use the swimming pool and sports facilities "

A great stay in a beautiful house

"We rented Villa Solia for a week at the end of June 2024. We were two couple of friends visiting Sicily and looking for a nice home to use as a base for our travels and to relax. Villa Solia is perfect for this. It is centrally located to visit the Western part of Sicily and the house is modern, really beautiful, large, very clean and with all the amenities that one would want in a vacation house. The private pool and the landscaping are truly magnificent. The pool is larger than pools we have seen in most hotels and, contrary to a hotel, it is not to be shared with other guests ! We had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The owner/manager was very responsive to the issue by intervening quickly to solve the issue by replacing the defective unit. I would definitely recommend this house. Andre Vautour, Montreal, Canada"
