"The hotel is still under major construction. They offer bare minimum amenities List coffee machine in room but you have to pay to use it 9eu per pod 1 working bathroom on the grounds. Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest. "

"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. "1. Sea view rooms is a LIE. The only view is of construction site and backside of some restaurant and trees. Dirty broken glass colored with rot on the balcony. 2. Water FLOODS in the shower, upon complaining they just said it’s okay, and didn’t offer to change the room. 3. I have ankle sprain and my husband had a headache, but they refused to provide DRINKING water despite me requesting several times even offering to pay. "Freundliche und nette Eigentümer, die sich Mühe geben, kleine Zimmer, sehr einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Toller Pool mit toller Terrasse und schönem Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. "Suites were amazing with a great view of the pool and sea. Very clean and modern rooms. I loved the tub in my room & the rainfall shower was pretty large. I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. They will provide excellent customer service to ensure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend! Be sure to check out the 2 pools, bar, and private beach. 10/10"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Vlore! The location couldn't be more perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful crystal clear beach. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!"
