"Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable so did not get a good night's sleep. The views from dining, lobby and room were spectacular. When walking in the back door of the hotel it smelled clean. There are areas that need updated but those little things can be overlooked with friendliness of staff and views. Will stay again if they update mattress. "

"We traveled 3 hrs to the area for a wedding. I requested early check in so we could freshen up and change but was told we couldn’t because the hotel was fully booked the previous night so they couldn’t guarantee a clean room. So we made other arrangements. When we arrived at the usual check in time the room we were given wasn’t clean. "We had a great stay, they were super busy, but check in was quick and easy. We were in town for an event and Uber was a quick easy ride to the location and back to the hotel. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the space in the room. Every employee we encountered was friendly!"

"Spring break was a success the staff were super kind and atmosphere was great. The hot tub was very relaxing when we went it was pretty loud with kids screaming echoing the pool area but we tried to zone it out. Other than that, the stay was awesome ant the king bed was so soft and comfortable we spent like babies!"

"This hotel is a great place to stay. It is convient and close to shopping Spokane and the West Plains. If you are an early person like I am, you will have to find breakfast in Airway Heights as the restaurant doesn't open until 8am"

"Front staffs and cleaning crew were very kind and helpful at all times. Booked it with Expedia. Room with 2 queen size bed, a tv, microwave, shower/tub and bathroom, a little fridge, lamps, pillows (needs replacement), ground level sturdy floor for kiddos, parking is free (lots of space), Pool and hot tub is in another hotel, building next door. There was maybe a gathering in a group or party going on in there, so it was pretty much attended, most evenings. I guess it was ok to dive, jump, eat and drink in there at your own risk. Walking distance to fast foods around here and a Church right next door, huge lot. Towards the weekend, music was heard from a party in one of the rooms above. Breakfast is served here but kiddos were not happy because there was not much choices to choose from. Dennys next door saved the day. Stars are for staffs and cleaners ONLY!!"
