The Little Villa...2Bd/2Bth, Walk to Beach & Coligny Plaza, Indoor/Outdoor Pool

The Little Villa is located at the Ocean Walk HRC in the South Forest Beach community of HHI. The villa is on the 3rd floor just off the elevator. When staying at Ocean Walk you are a 6-7 minute walk to the beach or to Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has over 60 shops and restaurants. There are over 100 miles of walking/biking trails that will take you all over the island. The Little Family does not golf but for those who do there are several World-Class golf courses. The Heritage Golf Tournament is held every April in HHI.

Ocean Walk has undergone recent renovations and is constantly improving the property. There is a main entrance with a security system accessed by electronic key entry only available to guests and owners. The atrium boast a seasonally heated pool and Jacuzzi with a tropical feel. Outside there is a lighthouse shaped pool with plenty of seating and chaise lounge to get your tan on. There are two elevators for your convenience and two sets of stairs for them exercise conscience. Ocean Walk is a non-smoking building!

The Little Villa is truly a home away from home with a beach theme. You enter the villa through a fully stocked kitchen that also includes a new washer/dryer and a beach cart that tucks neatly away. The kitchen opens into the dining and living room. The living room has a queen sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and many movies to choose from.

Once you pass through the living room you enter a master bedroom with bath. There you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV and a chair for reading. Just outside the living room is a set of sliding doors that open onto a balcony with a dining table and 6 chairs.

The second bed and bath is located off the kitchen. When you enter the hallway there is a small den with a sofa, a wet bar with refrigerator, bathroom and a queen bed. Many couples use this area for a large master suite. There is a large HDTV with Netflix and a small balcony off the bedroom. Wifi is free and secure!

.Lovely condo
We enjoyed out stay. The bedrooms have nice separation which was helpful since we had a 2 year old with us. The beach and restaurants were easily accessible.

Beyond expectations!
This was such a great space. Lots of room to have your own space but also cozy area to bring everyone together. We were so pleased to find a step in shower in bathroom. Great feature for an elderly parent. Short walk to beach and shopping. I can't wait to return!

So relaxing
This is the perfect beach get away. The condo has a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. It was clean and decorated for a beachy feel. It also was spacious and well stocked with everything needed. The location was ideal for me. Walking distance to the beach, fitness center, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. In the week I was there I never used my vehicle, I either walked or rode my bike. I loved it and did not want to leave!

Amazing Vacation in HHI!
We loved our stay here! This was by far one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in and we are pretty picky about cleanliness. The location to the beach and Coligny circle area could not be beat. This condo was very spacious, especially for a family of 4. We loved having the indoor pool for our kids, especially on the windy/chilly days and our patio was lovely at night. The beach cart was a bonus and very helpful in getting our stuff to the beach every day. Everything was in working order and easy to use. Communication was fast and helpful. The only minor suggestion I have is some newer bed pillows. We usually bring our own, but we forgot a few this time and wish we hadn't. We can't wait to come back!

Didn’t want to leave…..
I didn’t want to leave so much I actually messaged my boss and told him I wasn’t coming back to Kentucky. This is my second time staying at the Little Dream and I would stay here 100 more times. The place feels like home, it’s comfortable, spotless, and laid back. It’s a quick walk to the beach and to Coligny. Holly is amazing. She’s a quick call away and bends over backwards to do whatever necessary should you need anything. She is full of that southern charm and you feel like you’ve known her your whole life. Love this place and her! I will be back as soon as possible.

Super fun weekend with dear friends for Heritage golf tournament. Condo was centrally located to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Very enjoyable stay
Property was well maintained and a great space for our group. The space was very clean and we were very appreciative for the well stocked basics in the unit - everything you need to get started. The property was a convenient 5-7 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa on cooler days. The indoor pool was warm and never crowded (a plus during Covid). The outdoor pool was a little too cold for us to use, but would be a great space in the summer months when warmer. The property was convenient to shops and restaurants (about 0.5 mile). The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, when needed.

Great Little Villa
The proximity of the Little villa to the beach and Coligny Plaza was great. I parked my car and forgot about it for the entire week. The only thing I would add, if you are walking with little one’s at night bring a flashlight as the walk is dark. We especially enjoyed using the beach cart, for me it was a beach saver with two little ones and my husband had to work. The villa had everything you would need while on vacation. It was clean and spacious! The indoor pool was adequate and perfect for little ones. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to going back.

This condo was great, decor was very nice. The layout was very comfortable. The location is a short walk to beach, restaurants, seapines and shopping. The owner is very responsive, we had a great time. My only suggestion is adding some fluffier pillows.

Best Vacation Ever!
We loved staying at The Little Villa. We stayed Sept 10-17, 2016. The unit is very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The space of condo is super nice with the "living" areas. Holly has exact directions on where everything is. She is truely a phone call away if you need anything at all. The grounds are nicely manicured. The inside pool are is super nice with a tropical feel. We would definitely stay here again! The Little Villa is in a fantastic location. Just a skip away from coligny circle and within a minute to anything really in a car. Thank you Little family for sharing your home with us. We can't wait till our next trip to HHI.

Excellent Time in Hilton Head
The Little Villa was great for our family. It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own areas and close enough to the ocean and to the shops to be convenient for all. We hope to return next spring--we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Fantastic Sister Birthday Time
This was the Best experience I've ever had with booking a vacation! I have never used VRBO before, I was a little hesitant, but I would use it anytime in the future. Holly got back to me within 1 day, even let us use the condo for 4 nights , rather than 1 week. The pictures in her write up don't do the condo justice. As soon as we walked in, my sister and I felt at home. It was so inviting and cozy. We enjoyed looking at family photos, and art work. The condo is decorated perfectly, so beachy. Very clean, and she has everything you would need. Holly is right, just bring your own beach towel and lotion and enjoy! Perfect floor plan for the 2 of us. We ate breakfast and lunch in, then every dinner out. We took suggestions from Holly and her family. It's close to many restaurants, shopping and of course the BEACH.... The beach is a short walk across the street with a cut thru. It's a beautiful spot! Our weather couldn't have been more perfect. A little warm walking back, then we could jump in the pool at the condo and cool off. My husband can't wait to go with me the next time, and stay at The Little Villa. Thanks again for everything, you completed our summer!

Great Spot
We spent 2 weeks at the Villa and truly loved it. Beautifully decorated home with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. This villa is well maintained, and very clean. The layout is quite unique, allowing for privacy for families, our couples travelling together. Great to have all the equipment to enjoy the beach, which is just a short walk across the road. The building is very quiet. Location is central, it is easy to walk or ride your bike down to Coligny, or just a short car ride to shopping venues. Holly is great to deal with, and makes sure you enjoy your stay. We had such a great time, we have already booked a return stay

Savanna connection
Sorry for the long delay, but returned to a lot of stuff going on. My wife and her friend still talk about the stay and how much they enjoyed themselves. I was involved in a sports activity in Savanna for the last half of the week. The ladies stayed at the condo for most of that period. They really enjoyed the beach and it's quick access. it didn't take them long to find the shopping area either. They mad it there almost every day. The condo was great for our purposes. Our friend really enjoyed having her own space. The condo was very clean, quiet and easily accesable. We had beautiful weather while we were there, warm but not to hot. Not much rain either, if any at night. there is a lot to do on Hilton Head and the location of the condo is right in the middle of all of it.A little exploring and you can find short cuts to most of the places and avoid some of the traffic on the main roads. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the condo. My part was mostly to play chauffer and go do my thing. The ladies loved it. Defiantely will keep this in mindif we return to the area.

A great stay
We are spending our final night here in Hilton Head and sad to be going home. The condo was very clean and spacious and worked well for our party (4 adults). There was plenty of room and we never felt cramped. The beach is a short walk away with a path to the beach across the street and about a block down. There was shops and restaurants in walking distance and plenty more a short car ride away. We had a couple hiccups upon arrival but a quick phone call to Holly and everything was handled quickly. We would stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.

Great time
We really enjoyed our stay. Good location and close to Coligny and several really good area restaurants. Planty of space and unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We found Holly to be very helpful and every thing we asked for she took care of.
