815 Clipper Court is new to the vacation rental market for 2024! This beautifully renovated townhome offers luxury accommodations and quintessential Hilton Head surroundings in Harbour Town, Sea Pines.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, club chair, coastal decor, a Smart TV and access to a private balcony. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area as well. The dining table offers seating for six, and the immaculate kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space.

One of three king suites is located on the main level. This room has a Smart TV and access to a shared hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The remaining two king suites are located on the 2nd level. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and private bathrooms- one with a tub/shower combination and one with a tiled walk-in shower. *One of the king beds can be made into two twin beds. Please notify Sunset Rentals prior to arrival if you want twin beds rather than the king.*

Back on the main level, you'll find a powder room and a laundry center for added convenience. This elegantly designed home has LVP flooring throughout, touches of shiplap and soothing island colors throughout.

Guests staying in Clipper Court are within a short walk to all the sites and sounds of Harbour Town, including water sports, shops, restaurants, cafes, the Harbour Town Playground and so much more! Guests have access to a free seasonal trolley service, making trips to the beach a breeze! The many conveniently located bike paths also make traveling around the Sea Pines community easy and fun.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
