Stunning newly renovated 3rd floor villa in South Beach

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

1765 Bluff Villas is a stunning 3rd-floor villa in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. This completely renovated 2022 villa features comfortable furnishings in the living and dining areas. Come in to relax and take in the views. The private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers scenic views of Braddock Cove as a backdrop to the green space below.

Right off the living room is the updated kitchen with stainless steel GE appliances and a dining table for 4. The bedroom has a king bed and a mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Please note, there is no elevator access to the villa.

Walk to the tennis courts and beach. Or simply enjoy the views from the balcony, watching the wildlife and boats on the water while listening to the music from the South Beach Marina!

Please be advised that from early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of spring 2025. Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.

Everything was perfect, nice quiet area, really short walk to beach and South Beach shops and dining. Love the bike trails. Will be returning next Spring.

The TV wasn’t functioning for Live tv which was disappointing for my husband. The property manager came right over to try to fix but apparently there was a HarGray issue there. But our friends who also had HarGray right up the street had no issues, so we still think it was only with this property. Other than that all good. Coffee maker does need a thorough cleaning.

We would definitely use them when we return to Hilton Head.

Great Location on South Beach
Island Time were gracious hosts. All of the information was accurate as far as the property. They followed up throughout our stay to make sure everything was good here. No issues during our stay. 1765 Bluff Villa was the perfect location. Clean! It was a quick walk across the street to the beach on the Calibogue Sound. We were also a short walk to Salty Dog. This place is a great couples getaway for biking, relaxing, and hitting the beach. We will definitely save this property for future trips to the island.

Tennis Tournament Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a long weekend visit to play in SC State tennis tournament. Location of this property was key to where we played and convenient to places to eat. The bonus was we were able to get the tennis channel and watch tennis when not playing. The downside was living room furniture not comfortable to lounge on, too stiff and upright for relaxing between matches so we ended up watching TV on the bed. When we first arrived I found the property mostly perfect/clean. The property management was quick to respond to me bringing attention to a stain on bedside table and stains on rug in living room. While they offered to get housekeeping there to take care of it, we just wanted to make sure they knew we didn't make these stains, we didn't want to be charged for them. Views from balcony were awesome.
