Step out the front door to the pool and whirlpool. (with a separate children's pool) Walk 5 minutes to the beach. Easy access to all Palmetto Dunes amenities--golf, tennis, biking. Sit on the back patio that overlooks the Lagoon. 3 bedrooms each with its own private bath plus a half bath on the first floor. Living room and Master bedroom with Smart TV's. All other bedrooms have cable TV. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 King beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. LARGER GROUPS?? Nice and comfortable accommodations within easy walking distance to the beach. Also has a pool for the small complex. We used the pool regularly during our visit.

Memorable Vacation
We always stay in Palmetto Dunes, HH, but we had never stayed in Huntington. Loved it! The condo was nicely laid out and provided ample space for our family. Thank you Nancy (owner) who was readily available to answer questions or concerns and helped make our vacations one of the best.

Perfect ending to summer vacation
We stayed in Hilton Head for a week at the end of August. The three-bedroom condo was just as described - fully stocked kitchen, across the street from the pool and deck in the back with a grill. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. Cindy was a great host and was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Found a winner!
This was everything we could have wanted! Very clean and well decorated. Lots of seating to relax. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is right outside the door and the beach is about a 3-5 minute walk. The beach access wasn’t too crowded, so we were easily able to find plenty of space for the kids to run wild on the beach. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be booking again!

Family Fun in Hilton Head
We just returned home after a 12 day stay in this wonderful home. Absolutely gorgeous location. Close to the beach and any activity one would wish to take part in. Spacious for our family of 6 (all adults). Nancy was very welcoming! Easy to reach and joy to work with ! We would absolutely recommend this vacation home. We would love to return again….absolute wonderful time our family! Awesome memories were made!

The condo reflected the pictures shown. Everything that you might want was available. We had no issues with the unit. Everything worked out great. Very short 1 minute walk to the pool. About a 5 minute or so walk to the beach.

Wonderful experience
We had an amazing week here. The house was just as described with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location was perfect for all activities offered. Although it was too cold to swim we still enjoyed sitting by the pool. It was a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed bike riding and pickle ball right at the resort without driving anywhere. There is everything within walking distance if you want. It was a very quiet neighborhood which was another plus. We highly recommend this property for anyone of any age group.

Near Perfect
This condo is one of the best equipped rentals I have ever booked. The location is perfect -- off the beaten path a bit, but central to most things. Four adults were very comfortable. Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. The cookies were a lovely, delicious touch. The only minor quibble that made it less than perfect was the fact that the listed "barbeque grill" was charcoal, not gas as we had mistakenly assumed. But since we frequented many of the area restaurants, it did not impact us too greatly. All said, highly recommend; would certainly stay there again.

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay. This place basically had 3 master bedrooms as they all had their own bathrooms. The convenience of upstairs and downstairs thermostats made our accommodation perfect since we both preferred different temperatures. It’s a very short walk to the beach where we even passed by 3 deer along the way and the beautiful backyard setting added to the overall charm of the place. Unfortunately the weather was rainy for us but the comfort of the big sectional couch and access to streaming movies made up for it and Nancy the owner was very gracious in making sure we had a nice stay. Highly recommended!

The villa was beautiful! There were some updates, the inside was newly painted and the kitchen and downstairs bath countertops were brand new. We loved the layout it was perfect for our family. The villa was plenty of space for everyone.The enclosed porch was a great place for my granddaughter to play with her toys. The location of the villa was next to the pool and just a five minute walk to the beach. Our host was quick to respond and very attentive in making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable as could be. We will definitely be back.
