Perfect Place
This is the perfect place for a stay in Hilton Head! It’s a really nice condo that is very clean and has everything you need. It’s in a great location. We loved riding bikes to restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a great stay here!

We loved the unit that we stayed in. This was our first stay in Shipyard (have always stayed in Sea Pines). The beach and bike paths were less crowded and easy to navigate.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location!
Shipyard is a quiet and beautiful gated community, with lots of paved trails and conveniently located to the beaches, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also, tennis courts and golf courses. This villa offered all that we needed for our 15 day stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Great condo in great location!
This was a wonderful stay in Shipyard, which is close to everything. The tennis clubs (two in the area), were perfect for skills training and round robins. The condo was perfect for us! We loved it!

New Favorite Place

This is our second year staying at this lovely condo. We enjoy it so The fact that we have reserved it for a month next year speaks for itself. The location is superb and we especially enjoy the extensive walk/bike paths within Shipyard.

Great Location
We had a great vacation this past week! The location was perfect. Very close to lots of different restaurants and things to do, shopping at Coligny beach. We rode our bikes every day throughout the area, which is just beautiful. The condo is very pretty, and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. So rare to be able to find that in a vacation rental. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Anniversary weekend
Wonderful weekend at our favorite location. Some minor glitches since you asked. Absolutely pitch dark upon arrival-hard to find unit/parking spot/keypad. Nice that a light was on inside. TV didn’t work but we’d brought our Apple TV so we just watched movies and didn’t bother calling being a holiday. Had to start dishwasher pet rules and buy our own soap. But location was great, clean, spacious.

Incredible place
The condo was extremely clean and well taken care of. The place had everything we needed for the week. The owner was incredible, always getting back to us (usually within 5 minutes of our email). If you are a couple or have a small family, this is the place to stay. The only reminder I would give is that the condo is in the rear of the cul de sac. This is great for peace and quiet, but does make the need for a bike (it is Hilton Head) if you do not wish to drive. The next time we come, we will definitely be staying here.

Overall, a nice property on the golf course! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved all the bike paths! Could have used some directions for using the tvs and some recommendations for restaurants. Did not realize how far the beach access was from the condo. Would have liked access to an outdoor grill and could have used additional kitchen towels, facial washcloths, and silverware.

Summer vacation
This property was exactly as listed. It was completely spotless. The decor was up to date and beautiful. We enjoyed the screened in porch to keep the bugs out. The owner was readily available. The beach is in walking distance but you have to back track through the neighborhood to get there so we drove ever time. It was close to dining, shops, and grocery stores. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use again!

We enjoyed the condo and location very much. We hope to book this unit again in the future. My only negative comment is that the bathroom floors could have used a little more attention in the cleaning of them. We finally found a clock in the bedroom that looked like it had been on the floor behind the nightstand for several weeks, kinda dirty. All in all the place was great!! thank you again for letting us book this condo

Charming condo that lives like a house!
The condo was exactly as advertised in the listing. We very much enjoyed the screened in balcony and since one of us was still working while we were there, it was very nice to have a desk, office chair, and super fast wifi. We didn’t mind the quiet location but it was a bit of a hike to the beach. Definitely plan to either drive or rent bikes to easily get there with your beach gear. Kitchen was well stocked, condo has comfortable furniture, and it’s an easy place to stay for an extended time. Also, the hosts are very communicative and responsive.

Lovely Condo!
The condo is very nice and well-equipped. Janet was a gracious host and answered any questions we had promptly. The space was well decorated and had a spacious screened in porch. We rented bikes when we realized how far we were from the beach club as parking was very limited. Coligny was a quick bike ride away. I managing getting everything to the beach was fine but a little more work than we anticipated.Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again!
