Villa #A211 is freshly painted with many renovations done, including all new tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. Spacious open floor plan includes full size kitchen appliances with ample cabinet space. Coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, cooking utensils and silverware are included. Relax in the newly shiplapped living room with a 55” smart tv, or better yet, relax out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views while sipping a coffee or a glass of wine at the days end. We have also included 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and umbrella for your convenience and use while you stay with us!

The highly desirable Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has the largest beachfront pool on the island! The property has 2 great restaurants on-site for food and drinks, one being located poolside! There are also lighted pickleball and tennis courts. Bike rentals are available on the property. Hilton Head has numerous bike and walking paths and they are rated a Gold Level Bicycle community! Over 60 miles of trails and that doesn't even include the beautiful, flat beaches to ride on! Many other amenities include fitness center, playground and a grilling area. 24\7 security.

Convenient smart card laundry area located right down the hall. Smart cards must be purchased at the main building as you enter the property.

The villa is cleaned prior to arrival with all high touch surfaces disinfected. We are local to the area and manage everything ourselves and ensure everything is perfect for each guest. We supply towels and bed linens at the start of your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish and dishwasher soap. Daily maid service is NOT included.

Booking:

***Weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) is in effect from mid May through mid August***

MUST BE AT LEAST 24 YEARS OLD TO BOOK
50% deposit due at the time of reservation. Remaining payment is due thirty (30)
days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of placing reservation.

Fees:
$95.00 Cleaning fee
$35.00 Parking/resort fee - this is per vehicle for the length of stay. Please notify us if more than 1 pass is needed.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund.
Bookings canceled 14 - 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund. (Minus service fee)
Bookings canceled less than 14 days prior to stay will be non-refundable with exception made to natural disaster (i.e. mandatory hurricane evacuation) minus service fee

Check-in Time is 3PM and Check-Out Time is 11AM
