This immaculate third-floor walk-up penthouse has an entire floor of privacy with panoramic lagoon and fountain views. Tennis Villa #2389 offers spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 6 comfortably with a sleeper sofa. The Lighthouse Tennis Villas have 4 on-site tennis courts (pickleball included) as well as a swimming pool that is exclusive to residents and guests. This property has been renovated with your comfort in mind. You'll not want to leave. The interior is beautifully decorated and has a full size kitchen with a washer / dryer.

The Villa is located within walking distance to the prestigious Harbour Town Golf Course, as well as the Plantation Golf Club. Enjoy a nice breakfast with a quick 2 minute walk to one of the best breakfast spots on the island - Lowcountry Produce Market & Café. For your convenience, consider going to Peddling Pelican Bike Rentals before you hit the links, Harbour Town or the Sea Pines Beach Club! The sandy beaches are worth it!

This property comes stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay including trash bags, dish soaps, laundry products, hand towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, a coffee maker & filers, and much more! 4 beach chairs are also provided for your convenience.

Location, location, location!
The description regarding this unit was accurate. The pictures represented the place as it is currently decorated. It is definitely an older feel (kitchen/bathroom cabinets/ bedroom carpets, some rusted vents from the humidity, etc.) and kitchen items are definitely dated. Decor is cute and the furniture (including matresses) were in good shape. I did wash several kitchen items before using them. Surfaces were clean and the fridge was spotless! Do not expect any extra kitchen items like condiments (there was a salt and pepper shaker but the pepper was empty and I believe there was sugar) or aluminum foil/saran wrap. There were a couple of cookie sheets, pots/pans, glass oven cooking dishes, and a few pieces of Tupperware. One thing to consider is the master bath shower- it is a bit more challenging to get in - it’s a high tub with a high step to access but not the most convenient and wouldn’t recommend to use that shower for someone older. Unfortunately we didn’t use the deck since there were ants out there, but there are two chairs outside the front door that we did use to sit outside some! We weren’t home much since the location was FABULOUS! We biked and walked everywhere! Restaurants were all accessible without a car. We never did quite figure out the trolley but had we been there longer, we would have (trolley step VERY close by). We never even walked to see the pool because we were too busy! Communication- excellent! Overall- we would consider staying again.
