The area they selected was adjacent to Night Heron and as a result the homes here are now virtually part of the 605-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The density of trees and shrubbery also provide natural air conditioning on those hot summer days. You’ll feel as one with nature as you enjoy a beverage on the beautiful wrap around porch and watch the dappled sun fade into darkness, while listening to the teeming wildlife in your back yard lagoon. There is also a private, fresh-water, community swimming pool within a hundred yards of the front door.
