Panoramic paradise ocean beach front/steps to beach/heated pool condo!!

Ocean Dunes Villas (#209) - The living room area has a sliding door to the resort pool/ocean view balcony, making it the perfect place to relax amid new, upscale furnishings and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The recently renovated Kitchen/Dining area features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large dining bar (island).
The master bedroom has a cozy, beach atmosphere with a comfortable King size bed with one of the top quality mattress (10/2020) and private bath. Both the master and guest bathrooms were totally renovated in 2019. The master bath has a new tile tub, toilet, and a granite sink countertop.
The guest/second bedroom has a brand new queen size bed with one of the best quality mattress and the guest bath features a walk-in tile shower with a frameless clear glass door and a granite countertop.
The unit also includes a Pack'N Play and an outdoor shower by the pool to clean off all the fun you had on the beach. The swimming pool is next to the boardwalk, right on the way back to the unit. If you would like to book for 3 nights or less, please send an inquiry. If the schedule permits, we will make accommodations for a shorter stay than the four night minimum policy.

Great Condo!

Great condo for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Central to great restaurants and shops. If you plan on washing clothes while you are there, bring quarters for the machines.

Great location to beach. Too bad it was cold when we went. Condo had very small bathrooms and guest bathroom door was hard to open and close. Bedroom TVs did not work and needed service from provider. Did not like TV channel option on living room TV. No local channels, no sports and everything was old reruns of shows.

Amazing View & Great Communication w Property Manager

The view of the ocean and the pool are great, it is a perfect little corner unit with privacy. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed watching people come and go to the beach. It's a short walk to the beach with a beautiful pathway. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere, we rode to Coligny Plaza daily! Yuni is great to communicate with, we were given instructions for our arrival well in advance of our trip so we could prepare and Yuni followed up with us again shortly before our trip. This was our first family vacation with our 9 month old and we had the best time! I would love to come back and stay at this property again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

Our family loves Coligny Beach. We come once a year, and choose properties within walking distance to Coligny plaza. This property was the perfect size for a family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We spent most days at the beach and most evenings in the pool or on the balcony enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. The property owner is prompt, friendly, and easily accessible. We can't wait to return for another getaway!!

Perfect Getaway

Really had a great stay at Ocean Dunes and HHI. Condo was just as listed with beautiful views. Enjoyed Harbor Town and Dolphin Tours. Also great proximity for a day trip to Charleston. Best trip to Hilton Head I've ever had!!!

Amazing location

Perfect location. The apartment was the perfect size for three of us. We enjoyed the mornings on the porch watching the sun come up. It was close to Coligny but far enough away from the crowds!We will be returning!

4th of July stay!

The location was very nice and convenient to local restaurants and stores. It faces the beach which was very nice. The AC worked great!! My only con was the water pressure wasn’t great and the shower for the guest bedroom leaked a lot of water while showering. Overall, it was an awesome stay!

Only complaint I had was the furniture in the living room/dining was not kid friendly. Luckily, our kids didn’t get hurt! Everything was perfect though! Awesome views and very clean place. Would stay again.

Ocean Dunes 209 Amazing!

The unit was clean and the located was perfect. It was ocean front near Coligny and Sea Pines. The bikes, umbrella and chairs were a nice added touch! Yuni was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival.

Perfect property for vacation...relaxing or action packed!

First, the communication with the property manager was fantastic!!! She made sure we had everything we needed (codes, passes etc.) a week prior to our visit and again the day before. The property was just as described if not better than the pictures showed. There were plenty of items to use at the beach or pool that made it very easy to enjoy the area. There are plenty of really good restaurants close by as well as some top notch golfing. I would definitely rent this property again, without hesitation.

This place is FABULOUS!

The view can’t be beat! Bikes, boogie boards and chairs were all provided. Yuni, the owner was awesome and great to work with and she answered all my questions right away. She was definitely the most pleasant and responsive owner we ever dealt with. The unit was spotless and very clean. The beach was a very short walk away and Coligny Beach Plaza was about a 10 minute walk down a shady bike/walk path across the road. A fantastic place to stay!

Hilton Head Weekend

First time on Hilton Head and knew nothing about the area. Picked this property because of the beach front location and that did not disappoint! Great view (you can see in the picture) from the balcony and a short walk down to the beach. Also a quick walk to Coligny Beach which was nice to grab food or visit the tiki bar! The condo was fine for 4 people for a weekend, it's small but you aren't there to be inside. Just make sure you ask for the condo # before you arrive which I didn't do and it's not available on VRBO...

Great location, that’s about it. Property felt old and dated like it was falling apart and had random jobs done on it over time, floor was sinking in one of the bathrooms so we were told not to use that shower or we might fall through the floor (quite the safety hazard), mold in other shower. The location was really amazing so if that is your primary goal to be on the beach this place works, just don’t count on a super nice place.

Thank you Yuni for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The location cannot be beat! We biked all over the island and had wonderful weather. The condo has all the necessities and more. There is construction going on behind the unit toward the street, but it did not affect us at all. We never heard it from the unit. I thought the decor of the unit was very nice and can tell Yuni is constantly striving to make improvements. We had a great oceanfront view and easy access to everything we wanted to do on the island. Yuni was very attentive to our needs and very accessible. We also enjoyed the free access to the gym at the Players Club. We had a wonderful week in unit 209 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Hilton Head Island.
