✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Do not park off-site on the street, grass, or on pine straw.
✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass.
✓ Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $28.00. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ The pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment; swim at your own risk.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ A dog under 60 pounds is welcome (there is a non-refundable $300 pet fee).
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted some time from June through October.​​​​​​​
