Quiet Beachside Resort living while enjoying Tennis players at their best. This Tennis Villas is on the 3rd Floor (no one above you!!!) with quiet privacy to watch Tennis and Pickleball players and amateurs attempting to compete.

Located in the southeast corner of the resort, it is perfect for those seeking something other than the Beachside Vacation noise. 250-300 yards from beach, depending on which access you use.

This Gorgeous Tennis Villas has a wonderful kitchen with Quartz Countertops, Stainless High end Appliances, Toaster, Blender, Microwave, Ice Maker, Full Dish Sets, Crock Pot and Utensils, Keurig and so much more.
Villa has all the Comforts of home with Queen Bed and 2 Singles in the guest Room. Couch is a sleeper Sofa.
Unit over looks the beautiful Tennis and Pickleball Courts for your peaceful relaxation on the Deck.

-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 5 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies

BOOKING POLICY
*At time of making reservation a fifty (50%) percent deposit will be due. Remaining payment is due Thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If reservations is made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at time of making reservation. Unit Entry Info and Parking Pass will be emailed to you once final payment has been received.

This condo set up with perfect for our small family of 3. The location and amenities available right on the resort exceeded our expectations! We loved the bike rentals, pickle ball, pool and bar/restaurant right next to the pool! The home was comfortable and Kevin was very thorough in check in/check out instructions as well as tons of resources for places to see/try on the island. Kevin was very quick to respond to our needs, for example we needed more trash bags and he had more delivered within an hour or 2 of messaging. Some minor things I’d note could improve the stay would be more sturdy beds. They did feel wobbly just by sitting on them. We had to check the slates under the mattress in the primary and we place a pillow between the head board on the kids bed as they were swaying back and forth. •Some shelf stable cooking items like cooking spray, salt and pepper, etc. as you cant buy travel sizes ;) • newer/sturdier drying hooks on the patio. The drying rack didn’t hold much weight without falling and we were asking not to hang anything on the furniture. We hung things inside but that left extra sand and didn’t dry as well. Those minor things would not deter us from recommending this property to anyone in the future! We loved our vacation - thank you!!

The resort is great and the home has what you need. It's a cute little place, but could use a few repairs and updates. The keyless entry was broken during our stay, so we had to keep track of the physical key.

This condo was perfect for my teenage daughter, her friend and I. The location within the property was perfect and not too far from the beach. The condo was clean and accommodating as well. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

First for all booking, please be mindful there isnt an elevator (not that we saw anyway) and this property is on the third floor. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The beach itself was beautiful.😍 Property Manager was good with his communication and all supplies were provided. The bathrooms were decently cleaned, but I will say that the floors were pretty bad- like black feet after walking around. There were crumbs and the tile was sticky. I dont ever expect pristine when travelling, but I do wonder when the last time it was mopped was. There were also food wrappers from a previous guest under the sofa. The air conditioning was very loud, but worked so that was good. Overall, the property was alright due to its location amd ammenities on site. Coconutz bar was really great to have. HILTON Head is a beautiful island!

Everything was great, except the extra pillows and blankets for let out sofa didn’t seem very clean. All else was very comfortable. We didn’t have a coffee maker when we arrived but Kevin notified us and we received one the next day thank you. We are all big coffee drinkers.

We stayed with two parents and an 8 yo for 5 nights. This is in an older (70s?) condo gated complex with tennis, pool, clubhouse, restaurants/bar and boardwalk to beach all of which are great for families. The 3rd floor requires maneuvering a few flights of stairs ; the building has about 20 units. Access was with a code. Unit was decently clean (environment and traffic make it understandable hard to keep sand off floor). All appliances, doors functioned as expected. Layout is convenient for a small family. We had an AC issue the manager/owner fixed in a matter of a few hours. The big mistake we made was assuming the unit had a clothes washer/dryer. Not having a dryer to dry wet towels/swimsuits and not being permitted to hang them on the balcony was a bummer. The unit looks out on tennis/pickleball courts and they might have lights on at night but with blinds we weren't disturbed.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen, and they were generous with towels which is always appreciated. The on site restaurant is surprisingly good. There were no noisy landscape activities, also very appreciated. kevin, the property manager is a delight.

Will be staying again!
My family and I have stayed at this resort before, and very much enjoyed it. This condo was very clean, nice 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo. The air conditioning and all appliances worked great. It has a nice balcony looking over the tennis courts, which was awesome for us because we are a tennis playing family. This condo is on the 3rd floor, but I would rather walk the 3 floors and have no noise above us than vice versa. Like I said we loved it there and it was like a second home for us. And for those that don't know, they do have a laundry on site, just a short walk to the next building. This resort also has restaurants on site too which is awesome after a wonderful but tiring day at the beach. We look forward to coming back again!

We really enjoyed this property. A lot of room to spread out, modern decor and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little hit or miss at times but I assume that was the service provider. The pool and beach here are great and easy to walk to or drive to.

The property was very dirty, floors not cleaned and hairs in bathroom and tbe AC did not work.
When we arrived the property was filthy. The floors were so dirty that my daughters bare feet were black. I had to wash the floors when I arrived in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms three times and the wash cloth was dark Brown/ black. Finally after the 3rd clean of the floor the floors were clean. There were brown hairs all over the master bathroom sink and toilet. I cleaned the toilet. The AC did not work this had been an ongoing issue where it would work and stop blowing cold air the first 3 days we were there. I addressed the AC issue with property manager Kevin and he was wonderful however the AC woudk intermittent work and in the middle of the night the kids and I would sleep with no covers we were so uncomfortable! Kevin sent a AC tech out 5 times in the 3 days 1st maintenance and then an HVAC, and the Freon would be filled and work for a couple hours and then no AC again . Kevin tried to talk to the owners about crediting our accounts but the owner refused to do this. Kevin did the best he could but unfortunately was held back by making things right by the owner. We ended up finding another condo on Tuesday and moved into the new condo. This was a huge inconvenience but it was much better because the new condo had AC and was clean. The beds were much nicer too. This condo is way over priced based on all the issues it has. We love Kevin he did an absolutely FANTASTIC job but will not stay here again because of the owners not making the stay a good one.
