At the Marina, you'll find the Salty Dog with its restaurants, including an outdoor area with live music, a pizza joint, and an ice cream stand.

There are also shops and a general store available at the marina, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises that leave right from the docks there. And don't miss the many children's activities available at the Salty Dog, including tie-dying in the summer months.

Located on the second floor, this villa has a lovely balcony with a view of the sound across the street. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The sand and surf are within arm's reach as you step over to the sound entrance that you see from your verandah. It's a gorgeous place to watch sunsets and dolphins, who love to swim in the waters here.

Pool update for the Summer 2024 Season: We have just learned that the South Beach pool will not be opening this summer as it is undergoing renovations. Therefore, we have quickly secured a membership to the Harbour Town Pool at 1 Lighthouse Lane (about a 10 minute drive) that our guests are also able to use. The benefit of the Harbour Town pool is that it is open year-round (instead of the limited summer months at the South Beach pool) AND the pool there is heated!
