NEW Listing Pet Friendly 2 BR Townhome Updated Stainless Steel Sleeps 7

Wonderful two bedroom townhome with two swimming pools and free tennis right in the complex. Easy walk to the beach from the townhome and bike paths are close too. Open kitchen and nice size living room make for a nice relaxing vacation. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with plenty of cookware and small appliances to prepare wonderful meals.

Bedrooms are upstairs with master bedroom having a king size bed and private bath. Kids room has queen bed and twin bed with another private bath for the family. Living room has a comfortable couch that folds out to sleep seven people comfortably. The first-floor guest bath is an added plus. The upstairs also has a utility room with a washer and dryer and a lending library stocked with a wide variety of books. Up to 2 dogs under 45 pounds each, $175 pet fee, $250 for 2 pets. Only 2 car passes included.

The main level of the villa was fully remodeled in 2022 and offers LVP flooring throughout. The villa is stocked with both adult and children's DVD along with board games and cards. Free high-speed internet and WiFi are included with cable for your convenience to enjoy various channels on a flat screen TV or use the Blu-ray/DVD player.

Forest Beach has over 60 shops and restaurants to enjoy, from Frosty Frog, New York City Pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast and lunch to gourmet steak and seafood restaurants, you dont need to go anywhere else for great food. Miles of bike paths are close by in Forest Beach area or ride your bike on the beach. There is a gorgeous Town of Hilton Head Park with a huge Pirate Ship playground for the kids to play on. You can enjoy over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Sea Pines Resort is just minutes away with famous Harbourtown Lighthouse and Golf Links. Beach, bikes and great dining, all you need in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island.

Hilton Head Island offers over 250 shops, over 200 restaurants, 30 championship golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 120 miles of bike paths, 17 miles of beautiful beaches and plenty of outdoor activities for the family. Great place to stay
We really liked the neighborhood and how quiet it was there. The unit was nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. We bought along our little Shitz Tzu dog and felt right at home. We did have a slight problem locating the unit since its tucked away toward the back of the complex. Also the cookware provided was very worn and needed to be thrown out. We like to cook in sometimes and had to use it but i would recommend bringing your own. For the most part we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
