Full access to the unit, heated and chilled pool, and beach amenities (chairs, cart, and umbrella). Alderlane beach access has public bathrooms, showers and a tiki bar with food and cocktails. Alderlane beach access is so much less congested than Coligny a half a mile up:) You can also walk the beach to the right and visit Sea Pines beach-front restaurant.
