Just A Short Shaded Walk To The Beach.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Villa, (Sleeps 6)

Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk neighborhood (#107), which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard community. It’s only a short (5 minute) tree-shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes a Shipyard Gate pass. An additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.

This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.
Plus, your pup is welcome to join you!

Very pleasant and friendly community and villa. Short walk to the beach, and plenty of entertainment and stellar restaurants. Owner leaves tips on places to eat and visit, which we really appreciated! Not to mention clear instructions posted for small things like trash pickup and recycle, etc. we loved our stay!

We had a terrific trip to Hilton Head. The property was perfect for us - close to both the beach and the tennis courts at Van der Meer tennis. The community pool was closed for two days so we rode bikes.

A Great Spring Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at 107 Beachwalk! Cliff was an excellent host that answered any questions within an hour and replaced 3 TVs (damaged by lightning) within 24 hours! All the amenities and a 3 minute walk to the beach!
