Stunning ocean and beach views from this cozy beach condo situated on one of Hilton Head's most desired beaches. Steps to the beach and just a couple blocks from shopping and entertainment, this one bedroom features everything you need for a great vacation. Queen bed in the bed room and Bunk beds for small kids and sleeper sofa in the common area. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge has ice maker. There is a Keurig/coffee pot combo to suit whatever coffee meets your needs! My wife and I live on the island and are here if needed. We are located in Seaside, a gated ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's most popular beach. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Biking is the most common form of transportation. Rentals are available across the street, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

My husband and I had a great time for our weekend getaway. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean or just open the sliding door and listen to the waves. We enjoyed our stay and the location is great, we biked everywhere.

Cute condo close to the beach.
It was a perfect location. We could just walk to the beach and go play in the water. It was also convenient to restaurants and things to do. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous spot to enjoy the beach
From the moment I made a reservation, the owners of this fabulous property made the process easy-peasy, from check in to check out. The views are fabulous and it would be hard to beat the beach access - and the wide open virtually private beach. I highly recommend this gem.

My husband and I are return guests to Sea Side Villas. Love the location, beach, view and amenities. Kendall was amazing in her communication and responses. Unit was clean and offered everything we needed. It’s small like most other units but was just right for us. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We will return and stay in this unit if available.

Lovely little getaway
We really enjoyed our quick vacation here. We only stayed 2 nights due to work schedules but would have loved to stay longer. The condo itself is small but well taken care of and perfect for a beach getaway. Worked great for our family of 4. The location is perfect for getting to the beach quickly as well as into town. Love that it was walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. Zero complaints, Loved our stay, hope to be back again soon!

I love the location. Have stayed at this location many times & will continue to do so, however, I am not happy with MY EXPERIENCE WITH VRBO. Kendall Kline saved the day for me when I arrived to find that my original condo booking with VRBO was unavailable. She WAS VERY HELPFUL. Great host!

The location of this place was perfect! Right on the beach! The only concern we had was the bedroom got a little hot at night. Also, one of the blankets on the bed didn’t smell the best. It was perfect for just two people. It would be pretty tight if it is more than that.

First time Hilton Head success
Our first time in Hilton Head. Couldn't have had a better, simpler, clean, cozy stay. We plan to return since this was only a 2-night stay and preview of island. Condo very clean, had everything needed. Perfect oceanfront sunrises from inside condo and on porch. Owner communication and touch points perfect. Hope to return soon - to see more, enjoy pool, bike, etc.

The location of this unit can't be beat. Short walk on beach or sidewalk to Coligny beach. We enjoyed the pool, has shade in spots most of the day also chaise's, chairs and table w umbrella's. The unit itself is entered from an interior hallway. The space is tight, great for a couple and 1 or 2 small children. The balcony looks out to beach and has table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. The unit is a little dated, but everything worked and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything, almost everything is as described - the view, the distance from the beach, the distance from the restaurants. The couch bed can be a little more comfortable. May be you should invest on a better pullout couch. It’s a one time investment, just a suggestion. But I would stay again if everything stays the same.

This complex is in a great location!
This Unit was a tad small but for a week it suited us just fine. The caring owners have provided everything that you would use in your own home. You will not beat the views of the surf and sand and the access to the Beach. Shopping, dining, etc. is all bikeable .The bike and ped path system in HHI is tremendous! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets abound. The scenic private pool area is a very quiet place for some solitude and provides a nice break from the beach scene.We would recommend this unit for a viable weekly stay. All folks are different but we really did enjoy ourselves here. Savannah is only 35 miles from HHI and is a gem of a city. We recommend taking the free walking tour. Charleston isn't too far to the north as well!
