The location was great but we felt the villa was in need of renovations. The kitchen in particular needs a complete renovation. The kitchen sink was not secured to the countertop at all and the cabinets were old and very dated. The bathrooms also needed to be updated- the faucets in the bathrooms were not installed properly and water was constantly draining on the countertops. We saw numerous dead bugs on the floor and felt the place could have been cleaned better. We were just expecting a more updated villa. There were 5 of use and seating was very cramped in the living room.

Property was clean and spacious on a beautiful golf course. The walk to the beach was convenient and easy. The patio area was a great spot to relax in the morning hours and flowed from the living space in the house.

Spacious villa for adult family of 4. Great location and short walk to the Beach. Some issues with the dated sliding doors and fridge. Also the two bikes weren’t usable. Bikes would have been a bonus anyways. Property management was good and attended right away to try and fix the patio door issues.

Great large deck for family time. Only thing to keep in mind. King Bed is not on first floor. First floor bedroom large enough to handle a King bed. Move Queen to Doubles room and make one of the doubles, the Queen. Outside is this, everything was clean, well supplied and everything worked.

Would Stay Again!
Location of the property was amazing! Right on the 18th fairway of the golf course with beautiful views up to the club house. We arrived and hadn't even put our bags down . . . cue the deer . . . a momma and baby walked right out to nibble on some leaves! Community pool is steps across the parking area and the beach access is a short walk away. Community beach access also has parking. Home layout worked great for us. Three bedrooms each have private bath and there is an extra full bath off the living room. Bedrooms are huge. Nice to have day bed on the landing too. I travel with my teen nephews sometimes and they would've loved that. House had everything we needed - grill on the deck was brand new. Would be nice to have a dining table on the deck so you could eat out there. I've rented many properties and have to say that Host2Coast was great!! They provided nice welcome treats, including a little vase of flowers. :) Beach towels and beach bags were appreciated. Also appreciated the soap, foil etc. that we didn't have to buy and then leave most of it behind! Had an issue with the TVs and they were very responsive and had the problem solved quickly. Recommend this property as well as the property rental company!! Thanks for a nice week in Hilton Head.
