Vacation or Workation....Escape to Kelsey's Treeloft . Vacation in a real tree loft and make it the best vacation ever.This unique private home is located on the exclusive Deer Island. This is a quiet, highly regarded and admired neighborhood with a laid-back atmosphere that allows you and your family to spend lots of time enjoying this nature filled area along with lots of private outside space.
Tree-lofts are just as much fun for adults and children. This nature preserve is walking distance to Harbor Town, restaurants, tennis, golf and shopping. Lots of windows allow you to feel like you are living in the trees while listening to the ocean.
This 1000 sq ft home is extremely comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 full small baths. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook in when ever you choose, although you are surrounded by many great restaurants. There is a television, roku, dvd player and cable in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and on suite bathroom while the other bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen size murphy bed and the 2nd bathroom is just across the hall. The linens and towels are all high quality and you find everything you need in this great tree house to relax and enjoy your best vacation. Desk area is provided for that work or school away from home, although you might choose to work outside on the deck. The WiFi is strong, fast and safe. The outside deck areas are the best and great for casual dining, safe visiting and grilling. This incredible outside living space is where you will spend lots of time enjoying nature and fresh air. There's even an outdoor pool table. This property is designed for having fun.
The owner is a hot air balloonist with a rich history in the sport. The decor reflects this history and makes the experience even more magical.
Kayaks, tennis rackets, golf clubs, beach chairs and beach towels are provided.
The Sea Pines Resort Pass is a $22 weekly or $8 per day and is obtained at the guard gate when entering . This pass will allow you to travel anywhere open to the public in the Sea Pines Resort. Additional fees may apply during special events like Heritage Golf Classic.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this "treehouse"! Carol had it well equipped with everything we needed. The location is enchanting with the abundance of birdsongs and visiting deer! Its an easy walk to Harbour Town where we had a nice Valentines lunch.

Great Vacation Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This charming house is within walking distance of Harbour Town, It is close to multiple beaches, shopping, biking, horseback riding and lots of great restaurants. Our family enjoyed viewing wildlife from the house and other locations around the island.

Walk to Harbour Town
We enjoyed our two weeks in this sweet house. It was fun to walk to Harbour Town and people watch. There is a nice nature path to walk in the neighborhood, too.

Relaxing retreat
Overall, our stay at Kelsey’s tree loft was a great experience. The house was a bit musty because of the humidity, but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Being in deer island was quiet and just the privacy we needed with our 11 month old and 5 year old. We appreciated the amenities and the location to Harbour Town.

Unique property in a great area.
Kelsey’s treeloft provided us with a great experience. The treeloft is secluded, in a beautiful neighborhood of unique architecture. Although our stay was limited, the property provided many accommodations to further enjoy the activities HHI. We greatly enjoyed being able to walk to Harbortown for breakfast and activities. We can’t wait to come back and experience all the glories of Kelsey’s Treeloft and HHI. Thank you for having us.

Perfect spot for us and our pet
Hard to beat the location on Hilton Head Island, if you have a dog. Standalone unit with a nice quiet street to walk the dog and enjoy the deck / outside. The kitchen is snug, but hopefully, you are there to stay outside, grill, get to the beach, and enjoy the island.

Another wonderful week!
This is our second time at Kelsey’s treehouse and it was again wonderful. The property is quiet and secluded with beautiful trees all around and lots of wildlife. We saw deer every day! Easy walk to Harbor Town and a 15 minute bike ride to the beach with easy access to other places in Sea Pines. The fact that our dogs can stay is a bonus. Porch was a perfect place to sit at any point and just rest and enjoy the surrounding. Carol is a great host!

Relaxing Hideaway
This was a wonderful home. It is well appointed and nicely maintained. The kitchen items and linens were fantastic, we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck, watching the deer, and listening to the birds almost every evening/afternoon. The location is perfect. Close enough to Harbor Town to enjoy, but far enough away to be secluded. A fantastic house and great communication with the owner Carol. We are looking forward to staying there again!

Unique location
I had been to HHI many many times and never knew Deer Island existed. Such a peaceful neighborhood! But so close to Harbour Town! Wake up looking at the trees and deer. We loved the kayaks and pool table. Had a great stay.

Tree Top Stay
Perfect place to recharge on the island. The Kelsey's Tree Top was perfect. Everything was well stocked, we had everything to make a gourmet meal to a quick breakfast. The Tree Top was surrounded by nature. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed feeding the deer! Definitely will book again but for a longer stay next time!

Loved Deer Island
The treehouse was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. Loved the whimsical decorations. Had everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the deck glimpsing views of the water through the trees, listening to the birds. About 10 deer came by every day at 3 - loved visiting with them! Lots of walking trails and an easy walk to Harbor Town. We would stay here again if back in Hilton Head.

Family getaway
The home is really cute and eclectic and offers a lot of amenities you don’t often find with rentals, didn’t need to bring anything but food. The location is great, close to everything but quiet and close to nature (deer come right up to the house). My teenage son even enjoyed himself and that’s saying something. Would definitely recommend.
