Great location, plenty of room!
Loved the location, the large rooms and comfortable beds. Bring beach towels and a cooler. Loved that there were 4 beach chairs and coffee maker didn't require filters- it has a permanent one. The air conditioning works very well. One bedroom is upstairs with a private huge bathroom. The building is older but in good condition. The unit is updated and well maintained. There is underground parking with elevators to access the 4th floor unit.

Great Property, but several issues left us frustrated..
The property is in a great location, clean, well kept and didn't have any big issues w/ the property itself. However, we went out and purchased over $200 worth of groceries our first day only to find out the refrigerator was broken. We called and reported the complaint, only to have several repairman come out during our stay and never fully fix the fridge or freezer. We have yet to be reimbursed for our food. They also did not stock sheets for the pull out bed in the living room and the internet/cable went out 2 days before we were leaving and was not repaired.

Great Location and Great Condo for a Vacation
This is a wonderful condo in a great location where we could walk to most of what we wanted to do. When we go back in the future, we will definitely look into if this condo is available again. Thank you.

Nice condo in great location
We were a family with 3 kids and this condo worked well for us. It was in a great location close to many restaurants and the Piggly Wiggly. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice as well. There is a great kids park right behind. Coligny beach is a few minutes walk. We rented bikes to explore but with everything so close we really didn’t need them. Everything is within walking distance.
