This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must also be heated. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.

The Fours Home is a beautifully renovated Hilton Head vacation rental that sits just four rows from the beach! As this home is located right on the 17th hole of the Atlantic Dunes course in Sea Pines, you can enjoy stunning golf course and lagoon views from the living room, kitchen, and the two master suites. The first master bedroom features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, sliding doors leading to a deck attached to the pool area, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and new vanity. The second master also features a king bed, flatscreen TV, sliding doors leading to the pool, and another private bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. And finally, the fourth bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Just two-and-a-half miles away, explore the 605-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve on a guided horseback tour with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center. And for superb shopping and dining options, don't miss the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center in the heart of Hilton Head, just a little over three miles up the coast.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Get Together
The house had everything that we needed with a view of a canal across from the 16 th green. The house is older but is very close to Sea Pines beach (1/4 mile ) and an easy walk . Our family had a great time with the location and view. The pool was hard to keep clean of leaves but with a little effort 5-10 min makes it fine.

Great morning views with Coffee
Home is located in a great neighborhood, close to bike paths, beach and restaurants. Home was exactly as described. Enjoyed the view from the back of the home every morning with coffee. I thought the home could have been cleaned better. No cleaning supplies available in home to clean countertops, tables, etc.

Great family gathering spot
The 4 bedrooms with their own baths were great. We loved the poo area - and even 2 gator visits to the yard. Pool was full of leaves when we arrived but 2 days later they came and cleaned it so it stayed mostly leaf free after that.

The house was amazing and gorgeous. However there were thousands of gnats and roaches. The views were great and location was quiet. Needed more trash bags and paper towels , toilet paper.

The house is cozy, pool area beautiful and peaceful, we enjoyed watching the golfers and wildlife. A little too far from beach access points (we had small children with us) we also had trouble with pool/jacuzzi heater Vacasa representative did what she could but we were unable to enjoy it due to water too cool for children and jacuzzi not warm enough to enjoy in the evening.

The location of the house is fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves but did have an issue with the electricity going out in the front room. We did have to call the property manager and they came out and fixed it. It happened one time after that but we were able to flip the breaker to fix it. The pool guy also came on Saturday and put chemicals in the pool but did not tell us if it was an issue to get in. We decided to stay out of the pool, just in case. It would’ve been nice if they had given us some instruction on that. We did not have any other problems and really did enjoy our stay.

We have been to HHI many times and we were planning a long weekend with my in laws. We booked this particular listing for its space & for the pool. If you are booking this property for the pool - keep looking. Pros: The house was roomy (we had 7 in our group.) The distance to walk to the beach was about 5-7 minutes with kids in tow - that was the only pro that made this a 2 star instead of 1. Cons: The condo was very dirty. The night we got there, I noticed 2 bathrooms had leftover hair in them; the bathrooms did not feel clean. The next morning I woke up to make coffee and the first coffee mug I grabbed had lipstick on the side. The second had a coffee ring at the bottom - I have pictures of these mugs as I was shocked. We saw that the majority of dishes weren’t clean - Spaghetti sauce spots, milk residue, crumbs in the sheet pans, gunk on the silverware. It was unbelievable. We had to wash a load of dishes in the dishwasher to have clean stuff and would only use those dishes. The condo felt like it needed an update - the TP holder in the bunk room was broken, lightbulbs out, the smoke alarms chirping, a chair that you couldn’t sit on at the dining table bc it was about to fall apart. The master bedroom shower tiles were cracked and the grout looked like it needed to be redone. I felt like it was a lot different than the pictures. Now for the bigger frustration - the pool. As some commented here, it was so dirty it couldn’t be used at first. We had called the management company (Vacasa - good luck getting anywhere with them) to ask for the pool to be heated. After a long run around about the fact that their app says they need 48 hours notice to heat the pool, and I contacted 48 hours in advance, they told me they needed 7 days notice. Finally after 4+ times of contact and differing answers - they said it would be heated a fee of $95/night. We got there and the pool was absolutely disgusting. I called to ask when it had been cleaned, they said Saturday (we arrived Thurs.). After trying to clean the pool myself with the net, & realizing how dirty it was, I called to request my pool heat fee back because the pool was unusable. They refunded my fee and sent someone to check. When the pool guy came out, the filter was SO DIRTY he could barely lift the filter out from all of the debris. If you want a clean condo, a clean pool, and to not have to deal with a run around from the company - I would find a different place to stay.

Perfect Layout for Couples and Families
We had three couples (6 adults) and an infant. The size and layout of the house couldn’t have been better for everyone’s privacy. We never felt that we were on top of each other specially since everyone had their own bathroom and patio. The house was not as clean as I would have liked (lots of dog hair in the master bedroom and in the kitchen), but the experience will bring us back. A few things that I felt were advertised, but we weren’t aloud access to was the large fire pit on the back patio and all the bikes. I was told the bikes were not part of the amenities so no code was given. The location of the property was absolutely perfect. Yes you have to walk to the ocean, but it is not a difficult or long walk at all. Easy access to the ocean and The Sea Pines Beach Club, which was like an upscale tiki hut. It was a perfect addition to grabbing amazing food and drinks. We are already booking our next trip!!

Not worth the money / pictures are very deceiving
We booked this home in January of 2021 with family that we haven't seen in 2 years. We were so looking forward to it. We picked this house and there were problem after problem. The refrigerator broke and we got a call that we had to come back to the house because we had to take all our groceries out of the refrigerator and put them in the replacement. Which by the way took a couple of hours because the existing refrigerator was too big to get out of the doorway, so they had to take the doors off the house to get it out. There were also ants in the kids bedroom. Ants all over the floor and on the sink in the kids bathroom crawling all over their toothbrushes and toothpaste. Obviously had to throw everything out. The kids were then scared to stay in that room. So they were sleeping on the couch, on an air mattress in the living room and a bean bag chair. Not acceptable for what we paid for this house. There were also dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. So no one inspected the dishes prior to us arriving. The grounds around the house were neglected. It needed someone to sweep and pick up all the debris. An easy fix but definitely neglected. Overall very disappointed with this house. The price we paid for 1 week was totally not worth it. My kids even asked me - "mommy, what happened to the house we saw on the computer?" Definitely not what was pictured.

Great house and location terrible property management
We loved the house, however trying to get any information about the house amenities etc was impossible because Vacasa would not answer phones or email. I waited on hold twice for over 30 minutes to talk with someone. The propane tanks were empty, 1 roll of paper towels for the week, no laundry soap- even though they asked us o start laundry at check out. We had to buy dish soap and trash bags as well. With a house of this quality the owners should look into their management team.

We really enjoyed our stay...listing was accurate but we had issues with the cleanliness of the pool. We were unable to use our entire stay. We also found two half eaten chicken bones in one of the bedrooms. Also, the listing stated that there were bikes available but they were locked up with a combo lock and we were unable to get access. Even though we had these concerns we still had a great time.

Great Location and house
Great location on bike trail and around the corner from beach club. Easy Biking distance to South Beach and Harbortown . The house was the perfect size, backyard has nice view of lagoon and golf course. I’ve been to Sea Pines over 20 times and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed!

Great Family Hilton Head Island Weekend
Our family and a few friends stayed at The Fours for the extended weekend. The property was perfect for all of us. The home was clean and updated. Everything needed was there. The Vacasa reservation process was easy, but an apparent recent relocation of the local office caused some confusion as to which address we needed to go to get our Sea Pines gate passes. We were given two different locations, with final clarification still sending us to the wrong location.

We stayed here Friday-Sunday. Property was roomy and comfortable for our party. Pool was not clean when we got there, So Kids were in able to swim our first evening there. Apparently the pool gets cleaned on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Property managers were responsive and pool was cleaned the next day (Saturday), however, because of a tropical storm, we were not able to use the pool at all during our trip (pool was one of the draws to this rental). There are some things about the house that need updating. For instance, the king mattress we slept on was noticeably concave and some of the lamps did not work properly. The floors are buckling in some places. With a little TLC, this place would be great.
