Direct Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Villa

Our villa is located within Seaside Villas, a private gated oceanfront community with direct beach access, in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island very near Coligny. The villa is 560 sq ft located on the first floor within Seaside Villas (actually the second floor due to parking under the building). It is one of the very few villas within the complex with direct unobstructed ocean views. Wonderful view of the beach and waves. Watch passing dolphins and shrimp boats right from the balcony. Literally a few steps from the sand, and you can walk to many shops and restaurants in Coligny. It is also short walk to the brand new Hilton Head Low Country Celebration park. Bring or rent bikes and go basically anywhere on the island.

Watch sunrises and ocean views from the balcony while enjoying breakfast. This oceanfront villa is updated for comfortable living with one bedroom, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and a living area.

The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with a flat screen HDTV and separate access to an updated bathroom. A closet and dresser is located in bedroom for storage. The bathroom is updated with a walk in shower, rainfall shower head, and removable shower head. The hallway includes youth sized bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. For another sleeping option, the living area includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. All linens area provided for the villa.

The kitchen is updated and fully stocked, and includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Cook local fresh caught seafood right in the unit while enjoying the ocean views.

The living and dining area includes a pull out sofa with foot rests, a chair, and a dining table. There is also a flat screen HDTV in the living area where you can enjoy 100 plus cable channels. Also included in the villa is free wireless internet.

A hallway closet includes beach chairs and kids toys for fun at the beach.

The complex has an elevator for easy access to each floor of the building. The community has a pool, charcoal grills with picnic area, sundeck, bike racks, and coin operated laundry located on each floor of the complex. There is ample parking available.

We loved our stay at seaside villas. It was the perfect location for biking around the island. Far rnough away frlm the busy caligny beach but close enough to bike over in two minutes. The property was small but perfect for me and my husband. I wouls recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

We loved the location! The property manager was very communicative and sent helpful tid bits and places to visit in the area. Plenty of linens and stocked condo. The beds were cozy (even the sofa bed!) and the pillows were great. There was a closet with games and magazines and a few beach toys for kiddos. The view was AMAZING!! I can’t wait to come back for a visit. Easy check in and out. We loved our vacation here.

Always enjoy this location. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Liked having an additional chair with the sofa in the living area. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Great view!

I had such a great time during my short stay at this charming little villa. Look no further if you want the perfect location. It's centrally located to all the golf courses and within walking distance to great restaurants. The beach is just perfect. Can't wait to come back.

You can’t beat the location and view. It’s low enough you aren’t on display to people on the beach and high enough to enjoy the ocean view. It’s small but had everything 2 of us needed. Very clean. Will stay here again.

Property was just as described. Very clean close to the beach and town. We had a great time with granddaughters. perfect location for young chrilden. We had a great time. Only improvement I would like to see before we return next year would be a better lock on sliding door.

The location of this property is enough for 5 stars! But the unit itself is cute and perfect for two people. The layout is a little awkward, but who cares when you’re a 3 minute walk to the beach and can see the ocean from the balcony. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again.

Direct ocean front location. Tiny 1 bdr (500+ sq ft). TV didn’t work, but required a phone call to put batteries in remote to operate. Slider door lock broken so track bar was used instead. Great communication from manager and owner.

Everything was great with the property and the communication with the owner. The mattress was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with glasses, cups, utensils, and cookware. The layout of of the furniture was very good as well. I had very timely communication with the owner and had no issues with check-in or checkout

Great location, but a dated and tired unit.
This property has a great location right on the beach with a wonderful view. However, it is in need of an update. The bed is uncomfortable as is the furniture. Cleanliness could be improved too.

snowbird getaway
We traveled from the Cleveland area to escape one month of weather in January 2024. And WOW! To be able to sit on the patio, wallk daily out doors in moderate weather and biking. Being that the unit is ground floor and facing the ocean, we were able to watch wildlife as we sat out on our patio enjoying the sunshine. the beach was very accessible. The unit was represented honestly.

High on my list of Beach Condos
The view is exactly what you see in the picture. The walk to the beach is so easy. That was very important for these two senior citizens. This place is supplied with top notch stuff from the Keurig coffee maker to the thirsty towels to the comfy outdoor furniture. All of the extras we needed were provided. And the location was so convenient to restaurants-we eat out for most meals.

South Forest Beach is always a great area in which to stay.
Enjoyed South Forest Beach and the ocean front view was beautiful. We were blessed with great weather. The unit we stay in looked very little like the pictures on the website. In fact I at first we thought we were in the wrong unit. Upon communication with the owner, he said it had been remodeled. Worst job of remodeling I’ve seen. The unit needs a good cleaning and some paint.

Perfect Spot!
This rental was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The location is awesome! We loved walking the beach every morning and enjoyed the view while having breakfast. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants, but could easily drive to anywhere we wanted to go on the island. The instructions for entering the condo were very easy. Our only complaint would be the temperature in the bedroom. The air doesn’t quite get make it back there and it gets toasty. But, the view you see in the morning makes you forget all about it!

Best Location
I have been coming here since 1975. South Forest Drive is the best location on the island because it's where the action is. Seaside Villas is walking distance to the beach, shops, free shuttle, bars, live music and restaurants. This particular unit faces the ocean Enjoy both Sunrises and sunsets, full moons, the constance sound of the waves, and rabbit watching right from your balcony. One day I counted 8 rabbits. Ride bikes on the beach or ride the miles of paved bike trails. It just doesn't get any better.

Couch and Master Bedroom Mattress
The Couch/Hide a Bed was awful and uncomfortable and really old and out dated. The Mattress was awful as well, cheap, thin, and pathetic. These 2 places are where you would spend most of your indoor time and were not good. We left a day early as to not spend another night on the bed. Some wood work also needs some paint.
