The beach is just a short trolley ride away, yet you won't have to leave home base to escape the heat, as you have a private pool right outside to take a quick dip or tan in bliss with a good book. Inside, you will be spoiled by the bright interior, high-end furnishings, and free high-speed WiFi. The open layout of the second floor is perfect for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar seating to make meal prep a social event, a wonderful dining area, and a spacious living room complete with a large TV and plush sectional. One bedroom is located on this floor and the other three are on the lower floor, so privacy will be easy to come by.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
