It just does not get any better than this. Our townhouse is our full-time residence that we now rent out about 10 weeks in the summer. It is arguably the best maintained townhouse in the area as it was completely renovated about 8 years ago and Mike and Beth (the owners) continue to make improvements. Views of the water are amazing and the beach is virtually in our backyard. In the back we have a huge deck that serves as an outside living room and dining area. The sunsets from here are breathtaking! This townhouse is the larger floor plan (it is almost 400sq/ft larger than most of the others at Sound Villas).
Our townhome is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines which has great beaches, miles of bike paths, and a world class tennis facility just a couple hundred yards away. And of course there is the South Beach Marina area which has boat docking facilities, numerous restaurants, bars, and usually a great singer/guitar player for most of the year. We just moved to this home from a larger home in Sea Pines and we couldn't be happier.
This townhouse is large (3000 sq/ft) and has a maximum occupancy of 10. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. A description of each level is as follows:
Level 1: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (can sleep 4), a full bathroom, a large Den, washer and dryer room, and an outside patio;
Level 2: Living Room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bedroom (king bed), 2 full Bathrooms, and a large outside Deck;
Level 3: Master Bedroom and Bathroom (Queen Bed), 4th Bedroom and Bathroom (also a queen bed)
