You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beach Condo

Our unit #3302 is in Bldg 3 overlooking the indoor pool and track. The villa sleeps 5 comfortably; master bedroom has a queen bed, and twin over full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Room for air mattress; Linens are provided. New flooring in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and granite counter tops. Roku TV in living room and 2nd bedroom that you can stream your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney +). Outside balcony overlooks lagoon. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, kiddy pool, indoor track, exercise room, sauna, hot tub, six tennis courts, picnic area with grills, and WIFI . Visit the Island Grill and Deli located at the main pool for bike rentals, breakfast, lunch and groceries. The private beach is a short walk away or ride the free beach shuttle! No roads to cross to the private beach! The resort is gated and has 24/7 security. The Robert Trent Jones golf courses are right next door and the resort is convenient to all Hilton Head has to offer. Breeze Trolley stops at resort entrance.

There is a minimum of a 2 night stay during peak season, April thru September. Please email owner for discounted price for stays Oct - February.

Wonderful stay
Lots to do at the facility, including bike rentals, swimming pools ,beach close by.Grocery stores & shopping not too far away. Wish there were beach chairs to use, only thing we found at our condo was one lounge type chair. The condo was excellently located & had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay there again.

Great stay
Overall great stay. Very clean and owner was quick to communicate. Wish there were some more kitchen items such as things like Saran Wrap or foil but that’s no big deal. Overall loved it.

It was Amazing, other then the people who stayed before us had put out cigarettes on the patio and left them,and it had a touch of cigarette smoke on the patio.But the inside was perfect and bed was so comfortable.I would definitely stay there again. It was a beautiful stay. I would stay there again if in the area. Loved the homey atmosphere. Thank you for letting us stay..

Very enjoyable
We very much enjoyed our time here. The unit was as described, very clean, and well taken care of. The owners and property manager were very quick and detailed with their responses when we had questions. I enjoyed being in building three with the indoor pool since we have a little one. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is a beautiful walk to the beach. We look forward to returning one day.

Loved it.
I absolutely loved the property. The place was very clean and neat. Loved the indoor pool and the shuttle to the beach! We met some really nice owners at the fireworks on Tuesday night and would love to visit your place again. Owners were extremely helpful is getting us all the information we needed for a wonderful restful couple of days. I hope to be back soon. Thank you for everything!

4th stay in HH for us, overall prices insane everywhere, that resort stays in a “decent” range. Inside pool and spa convenient for rainy times, safe environment. Despite all the signs we didn’t let a bottle of wine, but being French we invite the owner to come to France and we’ll share different quality of that liquid. Overall happy as usual, we keep it in file.

Great location
The property is in a great location. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has been updated and was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated also and worked well. We loved the close proximity to the pools and beach. Our only negative was the condition of the carpet. It needs replacing. Otherwise it is a great rental. The owner also communicated very well.

Everything was great, worth the price. Stairs and elevator were a little hard to find. Other than that all was good. The boardwalk to beach was great! We would stay here again but maybe not at bldg 3. The indoor pool made it very hot and humid inside the building.

Good Value and Location
The unit and property were as described. This was our second time at Hilton Head Resort and we enjoyed our stay with family. There is a lot to do at resort…pools, tennis, pickleball, bike rentals, beach, etc. and they have updated the bbq grills since our last visit. The bed in the main unit was very comfortable. Be sure to bring what you need for beach and pool, there are no hangers in the closet so bring some of those as well. The courts at the resort are a little beat up, especially the court near the resort entrance for pickleball so hopefully they make some repairs soon. Overall good value compared to other locations and area not as busy as some others on the island. We love the location, close to grocery stores, bike trails, restaurants, etc.

Highly recommended!
My family and I stayed in this condo over the Fourth of July holiday and we had an amazing time! The condo was immaculate when we arrived and was even nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. It accommodated my entire family (4 adults and 2 young children) very comfortably and had everything we needed for our vacation. The resort had plenty to do to keep both the adults and the kids entertained and the beach is absolutely beautiful and very family-friendly. The owners of the condo were wonderful....very prompt and informative during the rental process and responsive to questions I had during our stay. They made the process extremely easy from beginning to end. And the value is amazing! We will definitely be back!

Basic accommodations in decent location
First of all, the condo was not clean. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. Decorations were basic. The carpets were so dirty my friend refused to walk on them barefoot. The accommodations were basic but adequate. The resort itself was fine. It is a lengthy walk to the beach but there is a shuttle. The host responded to questions in a timely manner. One of our two couples could not attend due to COVID exposure and there was no refund or reimbursement of any portion of cost.

Disappointed
The condo was full of humidity and mildew. There were dirty towels left in the dresser drawers. We only stayed for about an hour and had to leave. Also, there was no ironing board, or iron, or hairdryer. I contacted the owner and he pretty much simply said "I'm sorry." I'm sorry as well, and I cannot recommend this condo to anyone.

Great stay
The only issues I had was the toilet kept running and making noise. I called the property manager and she was prompt and said they would fix it, then the Wi-Fi wasn’t named what they said it was but the right name was on the fridge so on the last day I was able to connect to the wifi! I wasn’t I. The room much, but I was happy it was very clean and had toilet paper and paper towels. If you are a coffee fan, there was no keruig but there was a mr coffee maker- I opted for Starbucks down the road! I don’t make good coffee lol. Short walk to the beach, but if you have chairs and umbrella and things you definitely need a wagon because the walk is 5-8 mins depending on how quick you walk!
