We are walking distance to Harbour Town and a 5-minute stroll to both the Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Golf Links. Sliding doors off the kitchen and living room lead to a stone patio surrounded by tall live oaks -- the perfect place for eating al fresco. The beach is nearby and the seasonal community swimming pool is steps away.

This villa is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and has done so much to make it welcoming to us. The location between Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center is perfect.

Spacious for family, perfect location
My husband and I brought our three teenagers for an extended weekend visit to sea Pines. We love bed the location on the property—easy five minute walk to dining, shopping, and the pier. The property is clean and easily accommodated us all. Very comfortable and convenient. We all said we would stay here again next time we visit Hilton Head!

Sea Pines Condo
We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Sea Pines. The condo was clean, well-appointed and in great condition. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and we particularly appreciated having an individual bath for each bedroom. Don was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating throughout the entire process. We’ll certainly stay here again!

Very Nice Property...Strongly Recommend
We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and spacious. We had 2 Adults and 4 teenagers. The 3 Bed and 3 Bath unit was perfect for us. Property is seconds from Harbour Town and only a short bike or drive to the beach (near the sea pines beach club). Some things to note: (1) There is no beach club parking for a car...you need a pass and this rental does not qualify for a pass...only biking or walking access to the beach club is available (2) Unit did not have Beach Chairs or Beach Towels...I think some beach Chairs and Towels would be a wonderful addition to the amenities. (3) Unit has 3 nice bikes available for use, we used them (and 3 rentals) almost every day. (4) Owner is incredibly helpful and responsive to questions or concerns...rent with confidence! Overall, rated this a 5 star rental!

Clean and great location
Don’s villa was very clean and he was very responsive, as he brought me a lighter to light a candle for my daughter’s cake and let us have a late checkout to accommodate our flights. We had plenty of space with 6 people and loved the proximity to Harbour Town.

Family Vacation
Good space for six adults to be together comfortably. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items needed. Easy walking distance to harbortown and biking to the beach. Space to work for my daughter and son-in-law who couldn’t get the entire week off. This was our second stay and would stay again.

Vacation with family
This place was a great place to stay. A 5 minute bike ride to Harbour Town and a 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The shuttle can be caught right across the street at the Racquet Club Villas to take to the beach as well. Having the 3 bikes at the villa was great - didn't have to rent as many. The pool was right outside the back door which was so convenient and was never crowded. The place was big enough for our 8 adults. There is plenty of room for air mattresses if needed. The unit has a queen size air mattress and a twin size air mattress if you need them. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, appliances, and plenty of containers to put leftover food in. I would for sure stay at this villa again. Property owner was GREAT to work with - he communicated with us within minutes if we needed anything.

Overall, this condo was lovely. It was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The only downside was that the walls were very thin and there was a family with young children next door - we heard them a lot. I would still rent this condo again as no place is perfect.

An all around excellent rental experience. Listing was very accurate and communication from property owner was prompt and precise. The home itself was well maintained, super clean and comfortable and proximity was A+. Quick walk to the community’s pool and less than 1/2 mile walk to the heart of Harbour Town festivities. Our family, ages ranging from 1 year to 75 were all really pleased. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Conveniently Located, Clean, Well Appointed
The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. The neighborhood pool was just steps away and the beach was a short drive or bike ride down the street. Sea Pines is also just a few minutes from all of the popular Hilton Head attractions and dining. Communication with the owner was great. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely condo, extremely helpful owner
I stayed here for 3 days with 2 other tennis team-mates for the State Tennis tournament. Condo is spacious...exactly as pictures represent. Don answered all email questions in record time. I had a bit of a problem with the smart lock.....guess I'm not as smart as the lock...and when I called Don he helped us thru the process in no time! Well appointed kitchen. Newer furniture...very comfortable. Can't wait to stay here again!
