Come stay at our totally remodeled and beautifully updated condo. The kitchen has brand new cabinets with greater storage and all brand new appliances. A wall was removed to make the bedroom larger for your comfort. But the star of the show is the new spa-like bathroom with a new walk-in shower with huge 12-inch rain shower head and hand-held shower hose, awesome wave tile and beautiful new tile flooring, along with new vanity and fixtures! The condo also has brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. You won't want to miss this beautiful condo with so many added amenities!

Location, Location, Location!!! We are steps to the beach, no streets to cross and located a five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza, which is considered the "downtown" of Hilton Head, with lots of stores and restaurants. Sip a drink on our balcony as you enjoy our ocean view! Relax on Sea Side's sundeck overlooking the beach, great for sunbathing and stargazing. When you come from the beach, there's a new shower area to shower off the sand and clean all of your beach toys and equipment. Enjoy two pools on the property, along with a swing overlooking the ocean. There is a barbecue grill area with picnic tables.

Our condo is stocked with many of your favorite amenities. There's nothing extra you have to pack. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and bikes! Perfect rental for couples, girls' getaways, and families with small children. Bike on the beach or the 100 miles of bike trails on the island. As you sunbathe, watch the dolphins and pelicans. Our beach, South Forest Beach, is considered Hilton Head's favorite beach. Any local with tell you that. You'll enjoy the easy access to our villa via an elevator located on the parking level, making all those trips to the beach and shopping a breeze.

Come and enjoy our freshly renovated condo featuring a beach theme and colors! The queen sleeper sofa is commercial grade (not flimsy and no bar at your back) and has a 7-inch memory foam topped mattress, unbelievably comfortable!! Definitely NOT your typical sleeper sofa! There is one bunk bed perfect for a little one. The bedroom has a queen size bed with all brand new linens to sleep on.

We fell in love with Hilton Head (and you will too) on our first trip here in the '80s and have been coming here ever since. We bought this condo because of its proximity to Marriott's Grande Ocean, which we own a timeshare week at, and are able to use its facilities being an owner. We also own other weeks of Marriott timeshares that we rent out. Not only that, we have many weeks on deposit that we can exchange to other timeshares anywhere around the world and also rent those out. We have been renting our timeshare weeks out now over 25 years! Please let me know if you're interested or would like me to search a rental for you.

Great location for weekend getaway
The condo worked out great for what we needed...and easy and convenient place on Hilton Head for a weekend getaway. The unit has easy access to the beach and is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. We also enjoyed access to the extras like bikes and beach chairs.

Charming Condo!
This is a perfect place to get away to a beautiful beach. The condo is so cute and has everything you could possibly need. Just an hour to Savannah. We visited the town of Beaufort which is like a mini Charleston which is also an hour from the condo. Thanks for sharing this little gem!

Great location
Condo was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Location was close to the beach, pool was right outside the door on lower level, having a grill to use was an added benefit, having restaurants and shopping close ( walking distance) was convenient, and we loved having access to the bikes. The bike trails are very nice and mostly shaded.The whole process with the renter was very easy. It's a great condo, especially for a small family.

A relaxing visit to Hilton Head
Our Hilton Head visit was wonderful ! The condo is on the beach and has bikes and chairs/umbrella to use. It is within walking distance of an assortment of restaurants/bars. We did not use our car for several days. The remodeled bathroom is great and the kitchen is well supplied. We are already thinking about returning here !

An Economical Perfect Spot
The place was small, but definitely well appointed and utilized. There was ample sleeping space even in that tiny unit. It was clean, plenty of towels- and I have never had that at any place I have ever stayed, a very short walk to the ocean/beach, security with a gate and ocean view and you’re right there at all the places to eat and visit with just a short ride. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Nice condo for a couple. It was nice that we did not have to bring beach chairs and it was close to the beach. We used the beach towels and was told to have them washed when we left. Laundry only used quarters which was a pain to try to find quarters.

Lovely condo !
We spent 4 lovely nights at Irene’s condo. It’s beautiful , clean and it’s in a perfect location . We parked and didn’t use the car until we left . The bikes are great , lots of trails to follow . We walked a ton too. There’s nothing that we found to be missing to have a great stay . Beach right there and even though it was cool out we walked and biked the it daily . Thank you Irene!!

Everything you need!
Irene made our stay extremely pleasant by giving us local’s insight and providing everything we could need for our stay, including beach toys, chairs, towels and blankets. The kitchen and bath are well stocked, and plenty of linens available. We did not get to avail ourselves of the bogey boards and bikes but plan to next time. The space is small but efficiently used and didn’t feel cramped. It’s decorated very cutely. The view is lovely and the beach is just a few steps away. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. Our host communicated clearly and easily which we appreciated. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Lovely Condo and Location
We had a wonderful time here for a 4 night stay over our anniversary weekend. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and we really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, and cooler being available as we didn’t want to pack a ton of stuff for a short trip just for us two. (Also, we forgot entirely to even considering bringing those things. Ha.) The updates in the condo were lovely and made it a pleasant stay, and the information the owner provided was also very helpful. It was a short walk to the Coligny area where we had several dining options, and the walk from the condo to the beach was very convenient (just through the parking lot and you’re at the boardwalk). I will say that the beach was much busier than we expected, especially for the end of September, but if don’t have much stuff and want to walk .5-1.0 mile south, you’ll find it much less busy (we figured this out our last day). Regardless, we had a lovely time and highly recommend this particular condo.
