The inside of the villa has been completely renovated - everything is brand new and ready for your stay. From the front-loading washer and dryer to the vinyl plank floors, quartz countertops, and smart TVs plus all the beautiful beach décor - no detail has been overlooked. The natural light floods through numerous windows, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere that is bright and open.

As you enter the condo the off-white tiled floors lead you to the kitchen on your left offering quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, and four cushioned stools at the countertop. The dining room has a gray glass topped table that has four seats and a bench seat. In the living room there is a sofa, three swivel chairs, and a 43” TV. There is access to the covered balcony from either the dining room or living room. Out on the balcony is a high-top table for four plus four additional chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

To the right of the entrance, there is a half bath in the hall. Also in the hall closet is the stacked front-loading washer and dryer. The first bedroom has vinyl plank floors, two twin beds, and a 50” TV. There is a bathroom that connects this bedroom and the one next door. It has a double granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. The next bedroom has a queen bed, vinyl plank floors, and a 50” TV. The final bedroom has a king bed, vinyl plank floors, and 50” TV. This room also has a door to the balcony and a private bathroom with a double granite topped vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub under the sky lights.

This beautiful villa is just steps away from the beach, pool pavilion, and the Palmetto Dunes bicycle path system. You can easily explore the 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails that Hilton Head Island has to offer, or take part in a range of outdoor activities, from water sports to zipline adventures.
