This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor Bluff villa is perfect for a larger family, with an open floorplan and one of the largest living spaces found in any Sea Pines villa. With six beds and room for up to two children on the sleeper sofa, this unit has everything you need for a wonderful Sea Pines vacation. The unit has a large, fully stocked kitchen with an island opening to a combined living room and dining area that has more than enough space for the entire family. Off of the living room is a balcony with views of the Calibogue Sound across the street. This is also where your beach access is located, just a short walk from the villa.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The two additional bedrooms also both feature one queen bed, and the third features two full beds. They share a second hallway bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space for children.

Please note, there is no elevator access to the villa.
