NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.

• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Great House & Location
The house was ideally located and had everything needed for three families with a short walk to the beach. We will return next year if the home is available when we know everyone’s schedule.

Great Week at 3 Beachside Drive
We loved the layout of the house. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 adults and 4 children ages 9, 8, 5 and 18 months. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for preparation of dinners. Beautiful beach and safe swimming for young children. Nearby pool was a bonus. Great communication with Vacation Company who was always very helpful and easy to get in touch with. One suggestion might be to add a second trash can as we cooked most of our meals at home. A second suggestion would be to keep an eye on the grill as it had a grease build up which could be a fire hazard. We cleaned so it should be good to go for awhile. Overall, we had a wonderful week!

We have been traveling as a group for the last 18 years. This was the most expensive house we had ever stayed in. It did not live up to our expectations. The kitchen needs renovation and the beds were not very comfortable. The master bedroom had blood stains on the sheets. Overall the group had a great time being together, but this is not somewhere we’ll return to.

Very nice accommodations for our family reunion, convenient location to the ocean to watch dolphins, osprey, and pelicans. Excellent large round table and dinner serviceware for up to 10, lots of pots and pans, great to have bathrooms for everyone. Very responsive Vacation Company interactions when we found some maintenance issues that needed attention (cleaning service had not been very thorough), and also when the oven stopped working, responsive help in finding the breaker box to reset the electronic controls. It would have been nice to be able to open the upstairs windows and have screens for catching fresh breezes in such a nice location. All in all, would return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised! We had a big kitchen and every possible kitchen gadget to be able to cook in. We used the grill several times and was so easy. We all had our own space and the house was so quiet. The walk to the beach was 4 minutes from our back porch. My favorite part of our house was our screened in porch. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for everything!

Excellent property with an equally excellent location and view. Other than a little sand in the house when we first got there (totally understandable with the beach RIGHT THERE), everything was perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great South Beach location for a family of 12
Very comfortable. Beds were excellent. We had 8 adults an 4 kids 7 months - 4 years old. Plenty of room. Only about 150 yards to beach, pool was across the drive, Salty Dog was 50 yards away and you are sitting at the out door bar. They provided 4 bikes and lots of beach toys. We will definitely return to this home.

Our family’s blessed reunion 2019
This home was beautiful, and had plenty of room for our family. The den turned out to be the hang out of our preteen and teen Grandchildren. The laughter from cousins who live in different states was music to our ears. The house was so well equipped for a large group especially the kitchen since we used it daily. The location is ideal for beach going or shopping at the Marina. Hoping to return next year!
